Well to add a few more facts..... First debilitating lower back occurrence was in 1992....I simply reached up in my cabinet for a coffee filter, next thing I know my back locked up and I was on the floor.

Every attack (so to speak) involved horrible pain it felt like a steel rod was in my back...it would get so bad it would spasm if I coughed.

Over the years the pain worsened. No more recovery like before....just less pain till my next and more severe incident.

Three years ago I started a daily regiment of pain killers....ahhh relief at last, but after 6 months those advils and tyelenol and ibuprofen "cocktails" became less effective.

So in misery (constant 24 hr pain) it was time to move on to prescription medications (flexoril)... Those were GREAT at first, however the relief was short lived...so I took more and more....they were my last hope for pain relief.

But, my joy was short lived as I realized I was not only abusing, but was totally DEPENDANT on these medications.

My life was miserable, at 38 a bent over, almost crippled person who was racked in pain.

Then....someone suggested MSM and I eagerly went on a 6000mg a day regiment (desperation had now set in). In two weeks my pain lessoned by 80 %!!!!

In 4 weeks no pain at all! Nothing! It felt so great that one morning I woke up and was so overcome with joy at feeling "normal" I almost broke down and cried......

Well I am on MSM for life. My next step is to try the crystal form and perhaps some of the gels, too.

All I can tell ANYONE reading this, trust me it works!

Don't suffer needlessly. It's cheap, available and effective. BTW...I threw away about 15 bottles of the over-the-counter junk that was probably poisoning my body.
