I have proven quite capable of finding the truth and predicting the future. "Long ago" on October 18, 2006, I published the newsletter about the war in Iraq. My predictions have continued to prove true.
There is hardly anyone, now, who claims with a straight face that "we can win the war in Iraq!"
Consider this Wall Street Journal report on November 23, 2006:
As the violence deepens, one thing unites Iraqi politicians across the Sunni-Shia divide: Growing concern about increasing talk in Washington of a possible withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq. Mr. Mashadani, the outspoken Sunni Parliament speaker, suggests the U.S. should have some 500,000 troops in Iraq to truly make a difference. Mr. Sagheer, the Shiite lawmaker, also says the U.S. should stay and keep training Iraqi security forces.

There is no solution whether we send 500,000 troops, cut and run home, or look for anything OTHER than methods of increasing the honesty of individuals, one at a time.
