The One Year Anniversary Of Jean's Decision To Die

It was about one year ago that Jean Ross was at the lowest point in her life -- ready to die because of the harmful effects of radiation therapy -- a therapy which the radiation doctor promised would allow her to eat normally within two weeks of the end of radiation.  Her esophagus was so damaged by that radiation that she would never be able to swallow for the rest of her life -- living on a feeding tube. June 28, 2005.  She is alive and very well -- despite all the doctors could do to kill her.
