Picture a very small group of men, working far from the public eye: Dr. Bruce D. Roth, who "invented" this drug; Roger Newton, who co-directed the development of this drug; Dr. Donald Black, VP of Clinical Research; all of these, and a few more, working at Parke-Davis drug company. They worked on this drug, not in secret, but in obscurity, for many years. |

It is possible that these men didn't even know the deceit they were about to dump onto the market. This group at Parke-Davis would never have even worked on their super drug if an earlier group had not paved the way, creating a fake disease for the sole purpose of allowing drug companies to "solve" that disease with very profitable drugs.
Now, picture another very small group of men, much more obscure, several of them working from behind the scenes at the American Heart Association, including the following, taken from my Book:

One of these master planners was Dr. Daniel Steinberg. Dr. Steinberg could be called the father of death by cholesterol lies. But, he has now been whitewashed -- made to look respectable. Dr. Steinberg was a physician who worked on cholesterol drug research at the University of California at San Diego. He was the Chairman of the Conference that was, supposedly, considering how serious this "cholesterol epidemic" was. In fact, he cut off any speaker who criticized the lie that was being launched. He may wish to forget this, or hide it, but those who were there will remember. This "conference" was NOT administered in the way prescribed by the current rules!
Another master planner was Dr. Robert I. Levy of Columbia University.
Another master planner was Dr. Richard Peto, an Oxford University epidemiologist. Review of dozens of scientific studies for which he gets credit do not include this infamous period when he contributed to the lies about cholesterol. He is another who hides his past -- as those guards at Nuremberg who, found after 50 years, claim that it was just too long ago for them to be brought to justice.

Technically, the head master planner was Dr. Basil M. Rifkind. He presented false data to the Conference and Dr. Steinberg cut off any debate on it. Dr. Rifkind had taken over from Dr. Steinberg, in some flawed research referred to as the Coronary Primary Prevention Trial, CPPT, of which more later. (Dr. Rifkind has been active spreading lies and preventing truth even a few years ago. He has not disappeared!) |
These, and others, were the men who, behind the scenes, INVENTED a new disease which has taken over in America as the leading cause of death -- that is, "high cholesterol" which is falsely linked to death from heart disease. It is finally acknowledged, even by the American Heart Association, that the death rate from heart disease is going UP, not down as they claimed for many years.
They helped invent this disease for the sole purpose of giving the drug companies a clear runway to make trillions of dollars by selling unnecessary, even harmful, drugs to "cure" a disease that does not exist.
I know that many people will dismiss these claims as fantasy, but I also know many will agree with me.

The bottom line? Don't be fooled by your doctor. Don't start taking Lipitor. You will soon see that the disease of "high cholesterol" is being re-defined so that more people have it! Heart disease causes (like psychiatric diseases) are invented in the back room just to make money for drug companies.

Exercise In Bed! |
I've discovered a new type of exercise that you might find very helpful!
If you will add more water to your daily routine, this exercise will be even more effective. Click here to read my articles about the importance of drinking more water and how to eliminate low back pain by just drinking water.
This is the exercise you do in bed, if you have low back pain, or pain in the hips or legs or feet!
The key here is that SOME exercises work better when you don't have any weight on your spine. In other words, the spine is the key to almost every body pain we have -- certainly all back pain is related to the spine.
If you do any form of exercise while standing, or sitting, you have all the pressure of the weight of your body on your spine. In some cases the exercise just won't help because the pressure of the weight on your spine is adding to the problem.
In these exercises you do them while lying flat on your back. You can do this quite nicely while you are in bed! You can do them on the floor, too, of course.
Here they are:

You lie in bed, on your back, and you press your toes back, and then to the front, as hard as you can. You are pulling the toes back toward you, and then pushing them away -- moving the toes in and away from you. |
This brings quite a bit of stretch to the foot, and you should do it as strongly as you can. You will probably experience some strain, or even pain. Do it only as much as is easy for you to handle in terms of strain or pain.
But, as you continue to do this, you'll find that you can press those toes more and more, away from you and toward you.
You need only do this for about one minute to get great relief -- but you should do it in the morning, before you get out of bed, and if you do it at night, before you go to sleep, you'll have a more restful sleep.
It's amazing!

This stretch is also loosening up the muscles of the legs. You'll feel the strain on the foot, in the arch, and also on the legs.

Now, the problem with aching feet is usually caused by some problem in the back. You might want to see your chiropractor for more help, but just stretching your toes, back and forth, also stretches the muscles all the way up from your feet to your back. As all these muscles are getting stretched, while lying flat, no weight on the spine, you'll get some wonderful relief in the spine and back. You won't think this is happening, but just wiggling your toes can improve your back -- do it in bed! I'll bet you've not heard of this before? Write and tell me how it went. |
