Old? |
Karl Loren Vigorous At 67!
You can be too! Would you rather buy vitamins from an old sick guy? Or a vigorous, but wise senior? If you are going to read health stuff, would it help you to know that the author is a living example of his own advice?
I have a few pains, but I have a full and satisfying life. Research and writing are my joy, hearing from viewers and readers is the cream on the top of the cake.
That's me, Karl Loren, in the lower left of the above photo -- taken on the Kern River (Class 4 white water rapids) in June 1998. Come along in 1999 when I do it again. Jean Ross is the seated lady in the upper right corner. Two friends are in the other corners with the guide standing in the rear.

Drug Costs Soar While Vitamins Suffer! |
Drug costs soar at such a high rate that any rational person knows some very large change must occur within just a few years.
An article in the Wall Street Journal, November 16, 1998, began a series by the Journal on the soaring cost of drugs in America.
Here are a few quotes, and you can click here to read the entire series.
Retail pharmacies will rack up an estimated $102.5 billion in sales of prescription drugs by year end, up 85% in just half a decade. Drug sales in the U.S. are rising 16.6% this year, more than four times the increase in health-care spending overall. And at a time when prices of other manufactured goods have declined by 1%, some generic drug makers have raised the prices of many medications by 10% or more in the past year.
...
Pharmaceuticals once were a relatively cheap part of health costs, commonly no more than $2 a pill a few years ago. The new-generation drugs cost $4, $11, even $15 per pill, and they tend to be used far more widely than their predecessors, over longer periods and for a broader range of long-lasting diseases
. . .
The pharmaceutical frenzy is expected to get worse in coming years, as drug giants crank out more new medications to salve an aging population. The ranks of people over age 65 will double to about 70 million by the year 2030, growing to 20% of the U.S. population from 13% now. On average, people over 65 fill between nine and a dozen prescriptions a year, compared with two or three for people between the ages of 25 and 44.
What are vitamins suffering from? From the same subject where the drug companies have solved the problem. There is no patent protection for a vitamin, thus virtually no research. The Drug industry spends billions of dollars on research annually. There are dangers involved when a vitamin company makes a health claim (whether it is true or not). The drug industry is legally protected (by the FDA) when they make health claims, even when they are false.
The drug companies, because of these two large advantages over the vitamin industry, can and does spend billions of dollars on "consumer education" and advertising, while the vitamin industry has no soaring profits to do the same.
Who loses?
You do!
You cannot help but be hit with drug ads, and hear about them from your friends. You hear that butter is bad for you. You believe it. A voice in the wilderness, Karl Loren, and a few others, has been preaching for more than 10 years that the butter scare was a lie. That is how health care in America is going.
When you also realize how few of YOUR friends read a newsletter like this, or have any interest in vitamins, and how many of YOUR friends take drugs far in excess of what can be helpful, you see the magnitude of the problem.
Ultimately neither vitamins nor drugs can be the final solution to health in America, as the solution involves choices made and the current lack of any great feeling of responsibility for the outcomes of your personal choices.
Am I optimistic?
Yes!
Because the whole mess of drugs and traditional medical care will come down, and because we will be forced to find alternatives. In the meant time, alternative health care, biochemistry and vitamins will prosper.

See A New Summary Page Of Links On Oral Chelation
When a web site gets as big as this one -- over 1,500 pages -- the design of the navigation system becomes almost as important as the content of individual pages. In other words, if you are interested in the concept of "oral chelation," and come to this web site, you may be flustered by the complexity of finding your way among the 1,500 pages!
There is a new solution in place, now. If you haven't visited the web site for a while, come visit now.
to the page which links to all the other pages on this web site on the subject of
"oral chelation." This one page contains dozens of links to other pages.
Further more there is an image scattered throughout the web -- this image:

New Web Site -- 400 Page Book Being Published
My Book, Life Flow One, The Solution For Heart Disease is started to be published on the Internet. I, Karl Loren, now have four web sites! The most recent is here (click here). On this new web site you will find not much yet, but I have started re-typing my entire 400 page book there -- and as I go along I'll be editing and expanding it greatly. This will be the third edition of the Book.
Click here to view that book as it progresses. Only one Chapter is published so far, and even that one will have many more footnotes and graphics added as time moves along.
The whole project will take a few months -- it is not just typing time, but taking the time to review all my research to be sure it is up to date.
Go read and enjoy!
Dear Karl,
I have been taking Life Glow for two months now and am happy to report that my fingers are free of the numbness that I use to have frequently.
Whenever I handled something cold or was outdoors working in the cold weather, one index finger would turn pale and I would have to run hot water over it to restore the circulation. But now after working outside this past weekend in cold weather the finger was normal.
No pale color and no numbness.
The only thing that I have done different is take your "Life Glow".
My feet no longer are "cold" at night either. So the Life Glow must be the reason for this "new" feeling.
It's great.
John
Dear John,
What a wonderful message!
I am going to publish this on my testimonial page, but, as usual, I won't put your name on it until you tell me that is OK.
If you are willing, I would like to put your name on it.
If you are even more willing, I would put your city, or even an eMail address and photo, but you let me know.
Dear Karl,
Go ahead and use my name and e-mail address if you wish.
Everything I said was true and I don't mind telling anyone that asks about it. It worked for me and if someone else could be helped also, then more power to the messages.
I just wish I was rich enough to buy 4 of them at a time so I could save some money, but I'm not so I'll keep ordering 1 at a time.
I'm 55 years old, will be 56 in a few weeks.
I've worked construction work about my whole life and I guess I've eaten all the wrong foods, such as pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, and a lot of ice cream and over the years it has taken a toll on my circulation.
I've had trouble with numbness in my fingers for several years and it was always worst when the weather got cold which would make a couple of my fingers turn pale white and very numb.
The only way I could get feeling back was to run hot water over the fingers and flex them back and forth.
But now, I don't have that problem as I have been taking Life Glow.
I've cut back on the hamburgers, pizza and ice cream, but still have some once in a while.
I don't have a scanner so I cannot send you a picture over the computer but I still have all of my hair, I haven't lost it like my brother and dad did.
And it is still the natural shade of light brown/blond that I have had my whole life. No gray hairs yet!
My wife use to complain about my cold feet and I use to sit around watching TV with socks on during the summertime, but now I no longer have cold feet, I can sit around bare footed!
A new experience for me as I haven't been able to do that for at least 10 years.
All I can think of that has helped me is your product, the Life Glow formula.
I'm glad I was able to try it and that it has worked so well for me.
I'll keep in touch and let you know if anything else wonderful happens for me...
Good health and luck to you Karl..
Regards,
John Fluharty
