One national newspaper calls this court case the most stunning victory for taxpayers' rights in the history of the Internal Revenue Code. Karl Loren took his dispute with the IRS into Federal Court -- without a lawyer and won repeatedly. The last case, however, went to the Ninth Circuit Court Of Appeals for the final victory. Within the site, of course, there are usually navigation menus and links for helping the browser find something of interest. But, if the site has its own internal search engine, the majority of seasoned browsers use that search engine to look for more information within the site.
