.	Karl Loren is an Optimist!  So is Jean Ross.  In fact Karl was the Charter President of the Burbank Optimist Club.  He and Jean Ross attend Optimist meetings every Thursday at noon.

Karl Loren founded the Burbank Optimist Club in 1984.  Jean Ross, Karl's wife, is also a member of the Optimist Club.  They meet every Thursday at noon at the Coral Cafe Restaurant on Burbank Blvd., in Burbank.  If you are ever close to that place on Thursday, you are cordially invited to attend one of the meetings, and be a guest of Karl's.

The picture above is taken from a Halloween event sponsored by the Optimist Club every year for many years.  We take over one of the city parks in Burbank, put up booths for games and generally provide a party and fun for about 300 kids every year.  Most of them come in costume, with their parents.

What Is Natural Death?

Doctors try to avoid this subject, yet without some more pleasant way to leave your life behind you, you face an increasingly miserable existence.

There must be something better!

Karl Loren has pondered and written on this subject, and this Viewpoint brings you some helpful insights -- insights that may help you prepare yourself or others for that ending.

This Viewpoint marks a new era of document -- probably to be repeated from time to time.  If you print the actual article, Natural Death, it would take only eight pages.  YET, there are a total of 97 pages of print equivalent for this one computer screen.  The FOOTNOTES are very extensive.  You could spend a long time reading the footnotes, if you wanted, and each of them is on the SAME page as the basic article, linked by bookmarks.  Thus, you can go to one of these footnote references almost instantly.  Within all these many pages of footnotes are many links to return exactly to where you were in the article, or to the top of the page.

You'll find more and more pages within the Vibrant Life site are created this way -- it gives you an enormous amount of material, very quickly available, but the main, summary information is at the top and can be read with or without the footnotes.

There is no reason it need be sorrowful or painful.

What If You Take Less Than The Recommended Dose?

Life Glow comes in a bottle of 300 tablets, with the recommendation that you take 10 tablets per day.  Super Life Glow comes in a bottle of 300 capsules with the recommendation that you take 30 capsules per day.

What if you take less than those recommended doses?  Will you still get most of the benefit? or is there some minimum you need to take in order to get any effect?

First, you have in either of these formulas a very high potency formula which is exactly balanced to have the right proportions of each of the ingredients.  If you take less than the recommended dosage you will still have a perfectly balanced formula, but at a lower potency.  Since Life Glow, for instance, has 4,500 mg of Vitamin C in the recommended dosage you can see that if you take half that dosage, 5 tablets, you would still be getting 2,250 mg of Vitamin C.  That is an enormous quantity compared with what most people take -- so even at half dosage you get a very high potency dose of these vitamins.

But, there is a minimum amount of the amino acid cysteine which you must take, daily, to achieve the "chelating" effect of cysteine.  When you take less than 600 mg of cysteine there is a good chance that all or most of that cysteine will simply combine with other amino acids and be used by the body as a protein building block.
