Wellness suffers all the more because we have now arrived at the point where the quantity of false information on "health" far exceeds the quantity of valid information. We have even gotten to the point where a fairly large proportion of the false information can be traced back to deliberate programs to hide the truth and create sickness. The communists know well the truth of the saying, "A hungry man has no politics except food!" Perhaps a very few financial wizards or inventive geniuses have succeeded despite some extreme physical pain or sickness. Certainly Franklin Roosevelt comes to mind as a man in a wheelchair, often in pain, who "rose above it", or "ignored it", or whatever he did, to serve as dynamic President of these United States. |
But, for the common man, a touch of arthritis, or a nagging backache are all thats needed to drive thoughts of financial success out of mind. Too often the "solution" seems to be alcohol or drugs. Even if not that escape mechanism, there is always "take it easy" when your health is poor.
So, the obvious truism presents itself: a social success, a financial success, an economic success, a political success, any of these, are all based on a sound and healthy body that does not detract from the mental and physical efforts that lead to success in these fields.
Perhaps the saying should be "The body that is in good health does the owners bidding."

INTRODUCTION
You are less than 80 years old, but more than 45. You have known, personally, at least a couple persons who have died of heart disease or cancer. thats pretty typical of the readers of these Viewpoints.
If you have thought about it at all, you have one of the following considerations:
When and if the time comes for me, Ill just let the doctor do his thing? After all, Ive got good insurance.
The time will never come for me!
Something else.
But whatever consideration you might have, if you are like most people you use one of a variety of "close-your-eyes" mechanisms when it comes to the two forms of death -- cancer and heart disease -- which account for about 75% of all deaths.
Did you know that neither of these forms of death even existed 150 years ago!
Did you know that they are both man-made, and that absolutely false causes of these two health problems are generally presented in the popular media! The false causes are then followed by fake treatments. I say "fake" because the treatments are designed to increase profits not to cure patients.
Even the concept of health care is backwards-to. Physicians concentrate on symptoms and illness. You need to concentrate on causes and wellness.
The doctor tries to eliminate a symptom of illness. You need to learn how to create a condition of wellness!
WELLNESS
Need for a definition
The medical schools are full of books that contain extremely accurate descriptions of thousand of illnesses and symptoms. There will never be much progress toward wellness when the doctor only studies illness. One of the items missing in medical school is the concept and definition of "wellness".

Shakespeare's English is studied as a marvel on vocabulary and meaning. Doctors, too, are extremely skilled at dividing ONE disease into a dozen, and giving each its own name and treatment. Then, an improvement in health care comes when yet another division is made -- and one previously small "disease" is "discovered" to actually consist of a brand new set of a dozen more. And so, medical research is a constant search for a smaller and smaller detail of complexity. The researchers do NOT look for simplicities or causes of wellness. |
Consider the difference between a doctor constantly trying to do battle with an increasing number of symptoms and having totally false concepts of what causes them -- and a healer who teaches you how to help your body restore health and create an abundance of wellness! Consider, for instance, how the government spends billions of dollars on a research concept that any school child can prove fraudulent. What is needed is a definition of wellness -- something to strive toward, rather than the thousands of pages of descriptions of symptoms to be avoided! One of the Viewpoint objectives is to allow YOU to come up with your own definition of wellness. I only urge you to avoid using the negative concepts such as "free of disease", since that depends upon a definition of "disease" instead of "wellness".
You try to come up with a definition of wellness which includes ONLY positive concepts. Youll find it is not easy. The following definition is not at all likely to suit you. Do your own thing!
WELLNESS DEFINED, Actual Definition
Wellness is that condition of the body in which there are such reserves of energy that hard work and vigorous sports are exhilarating experiences; that condition of the body in which the moment for sleep is to enjoy the sensual feel of the sheets and sound dreamless sleep in minutes; where the instant of awakening in the morning is to also experience the eagerness for the day; that condition of the body where its glandular system, its digestive system, its circulatory system, and its immune system are working in harmony, at standard levels of activity, while always capable of considerable increase in activity, when the body needs.

Man Made Myths
HEART DISEASE: Perhaps in no other field is there so much false information as in the area of the number one cause of death in America today -- heart disease.
The doctor will often tell you "...no one knows the causes of heart disease..". That is false!
The doctor will often tell you that "...dont eat eggs, they cause your cholesterol level to go up...". That is false!
The doctor will often tell you that"...dont worry, we can do heart by-pass surgery...". That is true! But disastrous from either a health or financial viewpoint!

1. What happens in the arteries during a heart attack, or in the process of heart disease?
First there must be some damage to the inner lining of the artery. Believe it or not, but get the details from this Viewpoint and other pages, drinking homogenized milk may be the number one cause of the beginning of heart disease.
Next something called a "free radical" (pay close attention to the careful explanation of what a " free radical" is on another page of this web site) enters into the middle layer of the artery, and causes damage to the blueprint inside a single cell. (The Viewpoint and other pages on the web site will include a full explanation of how cells are damaged by free radicals, to cause heart disease or cancer!)
Then the mutant cells start to grow too fast, and cause a "bump" to protrude into the artery -- where the blood is flowing -- causing an obstruction.
Also, individual cells lose their individual health and can no longer get rid of the waste products inside. Likewise, they can no longer take in the nutrients they need to live.
So, a cell on the inside of your artery can die of starvation or poison -- and it is the free radical that caused this.
Then, the body does its natural attempt to "heal" this bump -- by coating over the area with a layer of cholesterol. The cholesterol then attracts. Calcium, and the two substances, cholesterol and calcium build up in layers to cause the bump to actually get larger; and eventually obstruct the flow of blood SO much that you have a heart attack or stroke.
2. Have these conditions been with mankind all throughout recorded history?
The US Census statistics are a wonderful source of proof of one of the biggest lies your doctors have been telling you.
Many doctors claim that heart disease has always been with us, and that the reason why more people didnt die of heart disease 150 years ago is that they just didn't live long enough!
The doctor then goes on to take credit for improving your average life expectancy from 40 years, in 1850, to more than 70 years now. "Naturally", says the doctor, "people are living longer now, because of modern medicine, and they are getting into the age range where heart disease starts to become the cause of death."
Such a lie! You will see, elsewhere on this web site, not only how false that claim is, but also how such a false claim is made to sell people on the idea of drugs and surgery as the answer.
3. If this, "disease" didnt exist 150 years ago, and is now the number one killer, what changed?
What has changed, obviously, is primarily the zillions of tons of toxic substances we are spitting into our air, dumping in our streams, and thus breathing, drinking and eating into our bodies.

4. What is the actual cause of heart disease? The cause certainly is NOT eggs or butter! Youll listen to tons of lies on this question if you pay any attention to the popular media. My advice for good health? Junk the TV! The actual cause is the poisons that enter your body, cause harm to the arteries and then the body tries to fix the trouble, but the fixing causes obstruction to blood flow = heart disease! Certainly the cause is not cholesterol! Cholesterol is so important to the health of your body that every cell in your body can manufacture it, and does when the cell is threatened. The cell uses cholesterol to strengthen its outer walls from attack.
5. How do heart drugs help?
The most common type of heart drug simply causes the muscles in your arteries to relax -- when they relax they get larger and more blood flows. That should be the end of any mystery about heart drugs
There are other drugs that are supposed to block the build-up of calcium. But that is an attempt to stop the body from doing its natural healing -- maybe there could be a more natural way -- a way to help the body rather than fight with it!
Finally there are a class of drugs designed to artificially reduce the levels of cholesterol in the body. This drug "works" in the sense that it lowers the cholesterol level, but that has practically nothing to do with the death rate from heart disease. Also, these drugs are treating only the symptoms and the drugs, themselves, have many adverse effects.
6. What is bypass surgery?
I say it is a fraud!
The most lucrative form of income for surgeons in the United States.
An experimental procedure. The only double-blind study of treatment of intensive care heart patients proved absolutely that one particular type of treatment was very effective. Instead they recommend a treatment that costs $50,000+, kills anywhere from 5% to 20% of the patients on the operating table, usually has to be re-done in five years or less, and has not been proven to increase the expected length of life.
7. What is chelation therapy?
The FDA says it is a fraud! Ive talked to hundreds of people who have avoided scheduled by-pass surgery, avoided leg amputation or received remarkable improvements in blood circulation by the use of chelation therapy -- either intravenous or oral. The Greek word chele means the claw of a lobster or crab. Chele of chelation means a grabbing process. Youve heard of "chelated minerals"? Most people dont know it but your body doesnt really use rocks! If you swallow ground up rocks -- minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, etc. --there are substances in the stomach and intestine that "grab" hold of those rocks. These substances are usually amino acids. Once they grab hold or the rock, they coat the rock, and then the body is fooled into thinking that the whole particle is food -- amino acid.
The "amino acid" particle is then absorbed into the body, and the coating is dissolved off, leaving the little rock floating in the bloodstream where it usually can be of good benefit.
Well, chelation therapy is a process whereby a substance is put into the bloodstream and "grabs" ahold of the calcium that is the actual cause of heart disease.

8. What vitamins, food, exercise, life style will contribute to heart health, avoid heart attacks?
Pay attention to an amino acid called cysteine!
In most diets the only place you would get much cysteine would be in the yoke of an egg. Thats the same egg the doctor tells you to avoid eating. He's telling you to avoid the one food that could be very beneficial to your heart health.
The identification of improvement factors is not difficult. The real difficulty lies in getting the people, including yourself, to DO IT!
CANCER
CANCER: If there was ever a medical boondoggle, its the research and treatment of cancer in the US.
You can conceive of traditional cancer treatment as an attempt to destroy with surgery, radiation or drugs (the slash, burn and poison therapies) those cancer cells that can be found.
The truth is that each of those "treatment" methods actually can, and often does, cause cells to become cancerous.
And, if you ever have a doctor suggest a biopsy, and have forgotten what Karl has to say about this, you deserve what you get! A biopsy greatly increases the speed with which cancer starts to spread. The doctor will not tell you that in advance, and only after the biopsy he will then tell you that surgery or treatment must be at once because the cancer is now likely to spread quickly. This is not ignorance, but a criminal act!
The truth is that the healthy body is very well designed to eliminate cancer without any outside help.
Heres a much more truthful definition of cancer: Cancer is a situation where the bodys immune system has failed to do its job, and normal body cells become abnormal, grow at a rate more rapid than normal, and starve the other, normal cells, of nutrition and space.
Obviously, earlier than the condition, then, there is a weakening of the bodys immune system.

1. What actually causes a single normal cell to become a cancer cell?
Emotional or physical injury, generally run-down condition, toxins taken into the body is a cause of the run-down condition, particularly of the immune system. Send an eMail message to ask Karl to tell you the story of how you use the immune system to "eat" hamburger!
Mutation of the DNA -- the part of the cell which governs the reproduction of the next cell, and which governs how the next cell will be structured. When a cell mutates, he "child" cell simply deviates from the blueprint in the "parent" cell's DNA.

Plus, the immune system must also fail to handle this mutated cell, and the mutated cell gets growing in quantity too fast to be stopped.
2. What are some normal situations where cells multiply with abnormal rapidity? And, how does the body control and prevent THESE abnormally rapid cell multiplications from continuing into a condition that would be diagnosed as "cancer"?

Hard to believe, but a newly conceived human child grows at the same rate as an out-of-control cancer. If a child kept growing all during the nine months of gestation as fast as it grows during the first 56 days, it would be born the size of the Empire State Building! The pregnant mother has a fetus that grows in the same fashion, and with the same speed as many cancers! But, only for the first 56 days. |
But, between day 56 and day 60, in the mothers womb, every single cell in the fetus is killed, and replaced by a new type of cell that grows at a much, much slower rate. The immune system knows just when to step in and kill off all the fast-growing cells, to take over the body and the life of the baby!
Each time you get a cut on the surface of your body, the healing process includes some very rapid cell reproduction that area of the cut. The cells around the cut grow very rapidly -- just like cancer. In fact, you couldnt tell the difference between these "healthy" healing cell multiplications and cancer cell multiplications.
Except, when the wound-healing cells get to a certain point in the healing process, the immune system steps in, just like with a fetus, and kills off the fast growing cells, allows slower- growing cells to take over, and the healing continues at a slower pace.
The body is well equipped to deal with cancer cells (fast growing cells) when the immune system is working properly.
3. What is the immune system?
The immune system is a bunch of special cells that actually go around in the body looking for cancer, viruses, bad germs, infection, etc.
Some of these immune system cells can actually pull themselves "upstream" in the blood flow. Most of them just float along, and when they get close to a bad cell, they sense it, move over toward it, and gobble it down.
Most immune system cells commit suicide in the process of killing a bad cell. Some of the immune system cells can gobble hundreds of bad cells, then discharge the digested material, and go onto gobble more bad cells.
One of the important parts of your immune system is the lymph system, and particularly the lymph nodes under your armpits. Isnt it funny doctors who talk to women with breast cancer do tell them that the breast removal will also include removal of lymph nodes under the arms, but hardly ever tell the woman that the removal of the lymph nodes destroys that much of the very immune system that should be fighting the cancer.
There are ways to give a boost to those lymph nodes so that they can produce more, and healthier immune system cells, and fight the cancer better.
4. What assists the immune system in maintaining its ability to handle cancerous cells?
The same things that assist ANY cell in your body: Good food, exercise and water.
Isnt it amazing how simple it can be made?
Cancer is a simple disease. There are not 158 different types of cancer, or whatever. In fact, there seems to be many different forms of cancer simply because there are so many different forms of normal cells in the body -- and almost every cell in the body can become cancerous.
But the method by which a cell becomes cancerous is the same, from cell to cell.
There has to be some lack of proper food, water and exercise, then there must be some damage to the DNA, and finally, the bodys policemen, the immune system cells, must also fail to do their job.
Then you have a cancer cell!
Most people dont know this fact: Cancer cells grown ONLY in the absence of oxygen. Obviously, if every cell gets a plentiful supply of good water, good food and proper exercise, the cell would get plenty of oxygen. When a cell lacks some of these essential ingredients for health, it has a strong urge to survive -- in any way it can. It CAN adapt to the toxins offered to it by mutating to a type of cell that "lives" without oxygen!
Better to give it the proper water, food and exercise in the first place.
5. What reduces the strength of the immune system?
The same things which reduces the strength of any cell.
Bad food, bad water and insufficient exercise.
Bad food can be counteracted, only in part, by very high potencies of vitamins and other nutrients.
6. What do drugs, surgery and radiation do to cancer cells? Immune system cells? Mortality?
Wow! By this time you shouldnt even need and answer to this question!
Generally, cancer cells grow more rapidly than normal cells. Since they grow more rapidly, they reproduce more rapidly too. Most cancer drugs are designed to prevent the reproduction of a cell. It is very hard to design a drug that only affects cancer cells. But, since cancer cells reproduce more quickly, the theory is that the treatment will affect the cancer cells more than the normal cells.
What the doctors will hardly ever admit to you, but their own textbooks do admit, is that the cells of the immune system can reproduce much more rapidly than cancer cells. So, the cancer drugs have their greatest effect on the reproduction of the cells of the immune system -- since they are usually trying to increase as fast as possible when there is cancer around.
So, drug treatment for cancer kills off the very cells in your body, which are designed to fight cancer naturally.
You ask what cancer drugs do to you? They kill you, along with the cancer. But mostly, they make billions of dollars for the drug companies.
7. A word on the perverse legal control over your health choices so that it is a criminal felony for a medical doctor to diagnose "cancer" and then offer to treat it with anything other than slash, burn or poison!
You might not realize it but doctors have been put in jail for "prescribing" vitamins or other non-approved treatments for cancer.
There are even cases where parents have had their children taken away from them -- the children then becoming wards of the court so that the legally- approved drug treatment can be forced into these children despite the objections of their parents.
This is not a pleasant society we live in, and there is no alternative other than achieving your own personal knowledge and control over your health. You must take responsibility for your own health.
8. If you do get cancer, where can you get effective treatment?
Not in the United States!
Well-meaning doctors stay out of cancer treatment because it is a criminal act in most states to offer to treat a cancer patient with anything other than the slash, burn and poison forced on us by the AMA, and obedient legislators who have been sold a bill of goods!
There are dozens of very effective substances that can help build the immune system. These substances are administered by honest and capable people in Europe and other countries.

In the realm of health of the body, the most valid approach is to realize that body health is made up of cell health.
Each body is a bag of water with a bunch of stuff floating around, or connected together. ALL of this stuff is made up of cells. Some of these cells are round and large. Some are long and thin.
All of them alive!
One of the most basic mistakes modern medical research is making is to ignore the question of what is "life". This web site presents some thoughts on the question of "what is life", from a practical, scientific viewpoint.
Is a virus alive, for instance?
Can a virus cause disease? If a virus can cause a disease and is alive, it would be reasonable to try to kill it. But, if a virus is not alive, and cannot cause disease, then research on anti-viral agents might be seen to be the swindle that it is.

4. What is the difference between the Western and the eastern approaches to health?
The Western approach to medicine is to concentrate on ever smaller segments of your meat body, find those which are defective and try to cut them out, poison them, or radiate them to death. Western medicine, of course, is also interested in killing viruses and other things that are not alive, but are still considered the cause of illness.
The eastern approach to medicine, for thousands of years, has been to concentrate on the spirit as being in control of the body, and to nourish the body with the ingredients which will allow the spiritually-directed meat boy to conduct its own healing process.
We have more and more American doctors who have studied acupuncture and "meridians". Unfortunately, there are many Chinese doctors who come over here to learn about drugs and surgery.
Perhaps well have time, at this point, for a startling demonstration of an eastern technique you may have never seen -- sometimes called "applied kinesiology".
5. If the healthy cell is the basic building block of a healthy body, how can you measure the health of a cell?
The strength of an individual cell wall membrane can be measured.
Likewise, you can measure the ability of an individual cell to produce energy.
The chemical contents of a cell -- whether or not the cell has ingested and retained toxins -- that can be measured. Did you know, for instance, that fat cells store the toxins that you take into your body, and that these toxins can be cleansed from those cells -- to make them, and your entire body much more healthy.
6. What makes a cell sick? How can you make a cell well?
Bad food, bad water, insufficient exercise.
Free Radicals are the most basic cause.

Yes! The mental and spiritual environment in which each cell lives is senior in importance to the physical aspects of food, water and exercise. You might need to look carefully at the difference between
"I cant
and
"I wont!"
Society seems to be moving more and more to accommodation of those who claim that "I cant!"
If that is your guiding philosophy, then you surely "cant"
I will offer you some suggestions as to how you can go from the philosophy of "I cant!" to "I wont!" to "I can!", to "Show me how!", to "I am!".
THE ROAD TO WELLNESS
STEP I -- DIAGNOSTICS AND ANALYSIS
The primary purpose of this step is to determine the bodys outpoints and to focus on those areas of greatest need. There are three diagnostic choices that one can make. First is the conventional method, i.e., the annual physical exam.
Second is an alternative world of diagnostic testing.
And third is the accurate assumption that because the body is constantly being bombarded, by the air, the water, the food, and mans habits, it is already out balance and the choice would simply be to proceed to Step II.
Since most of the conventional diagnostics are designed to uncover an existing, manifested SYMPTOM, rarely do they identify the deficiencies that cause the symptoms. And, since most of you are familiar with the conventional diagnostics, lets identify some of the alternative diagnostic methods, all of which are designed to tune into the bodys nature and to listen to and understand the bodys messages.
1. The basal underarm temperature test -- using thermometer under the arm for three consecutive days before rising. This test will determine the condition of the thyroid gland as to hypothyroidism, and has been proven to be more accurate than the standard blood test and with a greater degree of sensitivity. The thyroid gland plays a major role in ones wellness.
2. The pH litmus test that determines the Alkaline/Acid balance of he is a simple procedure of a urine sample on a treated paper (litmus and then determine the color). Click Here to learn about pH.
3. Live blood cell analysis will determine nutrient deficiencies, organ deficiencies, cell imbalances, plaquing and many other conditions from which one can project the potential for illness. The conventional blood tests from the laboratory dont come close to this level of analysis although many lab technicians are trained to that degree.
4. Radionics measures the bodys electrical impulses down to the cell level. Imbalances can be detected well before they evolve into symptoms that can be picked up through conventional testing methods.

As we can well imagine, the inherent wisdom of the body in concert with nature is certainly light year and centuries beyond mans comprehension, particularly if mans science and understanding continues to be driven by economic determinism. I am certain that there are many other diagnostics in the physical realm that we can tune into. The intent here is to expose the reader to the opportunity to become more responsible for his or her wellness and less dependent on conventional systems. And, to listen and understand the bodys less sophisticated and more exacting messages.
Step II Body Cleansing
It doesnt take a genius to recognize that we have a severe health problem. The rate and levels of disease and death are at their highest in the history of mankind. And, it doesnt take a genius to conclude that there are some correlation between this high rate of disease and the increasing levels of radiation, chemicals, metals, pesticides, preservatives, toxic waste, etc., bombarding our bodies. The bottom line is that these doses hide out in our body and build up over an extended period of time to a level that becomes too high for the body to successfully combat. Consequently, the body breads down and disease erupts.
Therefore, with or without diagnostics, an essential step on the road toward wellness is cleansing the body of these toxins and unwanted materials. Without elaborating, the following is a partial list of opportunities for body -- and note that each of these can also be understood in relation to the neutralization or elimination of free radicals.
1. Anti-Oxidants, of which the most powerful is Microhydrin.

Again the most valid approach is to realize that body health is mad up of cellular health and a healthy cell needs proper food, proper water and proper exercise. However, there are many valid programs available to assist in achieving and maintaining that high plateau of health.

A particular advantage of the core group concept is the opportunity to share the responsibility for maintaining current levels of information, something that would be impossible as an individual.
Another advantage of the core group of the natural support and motivation between members when attempting to change behavior and to pursue a course of wellness.
