Prizes And Categories

Prizes can be earned by accumulating referrals, and by the amount of accumulated total purchases by those referrals.

Prizes are awarded for any Categories Earned at the end of each Calendar Quarter.  A person can earn one Category 1 prize for referrals and another Category 1 prize for Total Purchases

"Purchases" for this Program do not include any MLM products sold by Vibrant Life nor any bulk MSM purchases totaling 100 kg, accumulative, or more by any one referral.*

A Referrer can earn a Category 3 prize in the quarter during which his number of referrals totals at between 50 and 99.  There would be only one Category 3 prize for any number of referrals between 50 and 99.

This same Referrer can then earn another Category 3 prize in the quarter during which the total accumulated purchases of his referrals reaches $100 to $199. There would be only one Category 3 prize for total purchases in this range.

Thus, a Referrer can and should expect to earn two Category 3 prizes, probably at two different dates as long as he gets both the number of referrals and the total purchases within the ranges shown.

Any number of Referrers can earn any of the Prize Categories, at one time.

*  Purchases of MSM products, whether bulk MSM or capsules, in excess of 100 kg by any one referral do not count in the total accumulated purchases by that referral for the purposes of this Program.  Vibrant Life sells CalmCream in 50 kg drums, and other types of MSM products in large bulk quantities. These are intended to be sold to large distributors for their own packaging.  Such purchases are not part of the total accumulated purchases by any one referral.

A referrer could have 10 different referrals, each of whom purchase 100 kg of bulk MSM, and all these purchases would count for this Program. But, these purchases could not be at any price lower than the price offered for the 100 kg MSM quantity, either bulk powder or capsules.

Vibrant Life may offer its own products at a larger discount than the standard 40% discount for a person who purchases 60 bottles of any one product.  We do this when someone arranges to buy large bulk orders, for re-packaging or not, for private label or not, often for some non-US marketing area. This type of purchase does not count for the total accumulated purchases by any referral.

Staff members and their families are not eligible to be either a Referrer or Referral in this program, nor anyone who, for any reason, routinely receives any larger discount than the maximum of 40% offered on Vibrant Life products, according to standard published discount schedules.

Thus, these Referral Prizes are not intended to be awarded on the basis of a referral who purchases very large quantities from Vibrant Life, at some special price.
