Details On The Vibrant Life Referral Program
You are a "referrer" if you join this program to introduce
new people to the Vibrant Life web pages and/or the Vibrant Life products.
Then, as a "referrer" you submit "referrals," or new people, through a web form,
located here.
The Referral Program requires that we have your full name and a valid mail and eMail address for you. Anyone in any country may join this program.
There is no age restriction on who may be in this Program as a referrer. Basically the only language we can deal with is English, and currently the plan is to offer this program only through the web, for people who have an eMail address, even if they do not have a computer of their own. They would have to have access to the Internet.
Staff members of Vibrant Life, and their family members, may not be either referrers or referrals.
This Program is designed to bring NEW PEOPLE to us as
friends and customers.
You will be able to enter a name and address onto a form and immediately find out whether that person is a possible referral because that name is not already in the data base. No name in the list? He can be a referral.
Ultimately we expect to completely automate this process with a web-based system and database. It is not yet automated. We may have a limited implementation of this Program without that automation, and even for people who do not have an eMail address.
If a referral name passes this first test, not in the
database, then the automatic
program will send an immediate eMail to the prospective
referral. When that person simply returns or acknowledges the notice, then that
person is marked as your referral. That would mean that this person is not
in our data base and has a valid eMail address.
We will then mail our Company catalog to that person and the
mail address will also have to be
correct for the name to remain in our computer
list. If our mailed catalog is returned, invalid address, we will use the
eMail address to ask the referral for a correction and also send the referring
party, the referrer, a similar message. If we do not get a corrected mail address we will
delete the name from the database.
You can give us names and addresses of complete strangers,
however, part of the referral process is that we contact each referral person,
tell that person of your referral, and get his acknowledgment before we count him as
your referral. If the referral does NOT want his name and address given
out, he would object to the referral and that would mean deletion of his name
from our database. All he would have to do in order to "object" would be
to fail to acknowledge the eMail message we send.
You would be notified of any such action.
Generally you would give us the names of people who know you and who you might contact about Vibrant Life products or web pages. You may certainly refer family and friends.
Any of your referrals can, themselves, join in this program and refer others. You would not benefit in any way because YOUR referrals, themselves, enter this program and start doing their own referrals. Obviously two persons cannot refer one another -- since whoever gets into our computer base first would no longer be eligible to be a referral for anyone else.
There is NO "multi level" aspect of this, such as your earning prizes based on any second or further level below your actual referrals.
Vibrant Life believes that cash commissions, as in Multi-Level-Marketing companies are counter-productive to honest marketing. We do not want to get referrals or customers because someone is trying to make a buck.
We in Vibrant Life do make a good profit, but our primary mission is NOT profit, but rather service to our public -- customers and those who visit our web pages.
Our experience has been that many customers are so pleased with our products, or our information, that they are eager to tell their friends. We have designed this program so that there are nice prizes, but no cash, to reward those who share their enthusiasm about our products with others.
It is just a simple truth that the more people who visit our web pages, the more sales we will have and the more well-served people. We already get a large number of "word-of-mouth" visitors to our web pages. When you find honest and valuable information on the web it is natural to want to tell others about it.
So, no cash, but modest prizes to thank and acknowledge those who take the extra trouble of registering a referral, or getting a person to tell US who referred him.
(It would be usual for YOU to register a referral by completing the form on THIS PAGE. However, a person who is not yet registered could REGISTER HIMSELF, and select YOU as the referrer. You can ask people to do that. But, recognize the risk. If he registers as a new person in any of our many forms on 20,000 pages, he may not mention your name, or may spell it wrong, etc. You will do best by submitting names yourself rather than asking the referral to do it himself.)
While we recognize the great value to us of having more web visitors, ultimately these visitors would have to purchase our products before this program is viable.
Thus, we will keep track of the NUMBER of referrals you submit, and also keep track of the total purchases by all your referrals.
There is never any requirement that you spend any money with Vibrant Life to participate in this Program. Whatever prizes you may earn do NOT depend, ever, on any personal purchases by you. If, in fact, you do purchase Vibrant Life products, that will not add any chance for you to earn any prizes.
You may register YOURSELF as a referral, unless someone else has already registered you or you are already in our computer database. When you register yourself you get credit for that ONE referral and then get credit for any purchases you make -- credit toward the prizes you can earn.
However Vibrant Life staff members and their families are not eligible to be in this Program.
There are some prizes for the number of referrals you submit over any period of time. There are other prizes for the total accumulated number of referrals you have submitted since you started.
Once you have earned a "Category One" prize for referrals, you would not earn that same prize again. Once you have earned a "Category Four" prize for total accumulated purchases by all your referrals, you would not earn that level of prize again, but you are eligible for the next level.
We have done programs like this in the past where the names of referrals had to be submitted to us in the home office, and we then checked that name against our computer records.
Our objective is place a secure and private data base on the web so that you can check for yourself as to whether someone is in the data base or not. This allows us to automate the process. This automation is not yet in place, but is planned.
While we ultimately expect and want referrals to purchase products from Vibrant Life, YOU do not have to limit your referrals to people who YOU THINK might buy. And, of course, they are under no obligation to buy anything. The power of a referral is very great. You can refer a dozen people, none of whom ever buy anything. You can still earn prizes based on your referrals.
But, these referrals who do not buy anything? Some of them, in turn, will join this program and refer others to us. Some of THESE people will probably buy products. We are certain that our sales will go up as more people are referred to us.
