Will Germanium Cure Multiple Sclerosis?

Vibrant Life Testimonial

Multiple Sclerosis is a disease of civilized man, and, like many other diseases of our modern age, it is a disease of an overactive and misdirected immune system. The specific reasons for this are unclear, but a prominent theory relates heavy metals like mercury, lead and aluminum as the agents that might replace normal molecules in the myelin sheaths, leading to an onslaught of free radical damage which destroys the myelin sheaths, resulting in MS. In addition, the immune system now sees this tissue as foreign, because of the replacement of heavy metals, and produces antibodies which attack the myelin, leading to further damage.  (source)

Dear Karl,

Hello, whilst surfing the web looking for testimonials on germanium I came across this site. After reading some of your writings I realized you are an honest man which is nice to know as the web has many unscrupulous people claiming untruths.

Karl I suffer from MS and have recently been recommended (by my naturopath- Jan-De-Vries) to try organic germanium, I have purchased some from Geranti pharm ltd and was wondering just what or how I'll feel when I start taking the capsules? I would be most grateful for any info you may be able to offer! many thanks

Steve

Dear Steve,
First, as far as I know, I have the only source of germanium purchased from the Asai Research Institute.
All other Ge on the web seems to hide their source, and is probably Chinese.
It may be OK.
As to dosage and expectations?  I can do no better than refer you to Dr. Asai's book, on my web site.  That book is out of print and is the best source of help.
Probably 2,000 mg per day would be a strong and effective dose.
Go to: http://www.karlloren.com/ogc/research/books/book1/book1.htm

Results should be soon, or not at all.
In other words, you should see improvement in 30 days or less.
It would cost a great deal, but if you get the results, of course, it would be worth it.
Let me know.
Karl Loren

Dear Karl

thank you for your reply to my email

when I asked you about 'GERMANIUM' I forgot to give you the web address of
the company it is:-   www.gerantipharm.com  I'd be grateful if you could
have a look & let me know what you think?

Karl have you heard of any M.S sufferers using 'GERMANIUM'? If you have, could you possibly direct me to them so I may enquire as to whether it was of help

I can find no records/testimonials of M.S'rs & GERMANIUM on the web???

anyway thank you for your help & time

regards

Steve

Dear Steve,
I see only Japanese there?
The only source I would consider is Asai Research Institute.  (Later I added Tokai Sangyo.)
I was originally the exclusive agent for Tokai Sangyo in Japan, and they may still sell honest GE -- they were the only licensed company to make it and sell non-prescription Ge.
Now, Asai sells non-prescription Ge.
Tokai did not answer my queries -- no English available, I suspect.
I don't offer referrals except those in my testimonial section -- don't recall putting any there about Ge.
Regards,
karl

Subject: antidepresant?

Dear Karl

this may be a strange question but as you are straight up & have helped me before (Germanium), I thought you might give me your opinion

I suffer from M.S & for the past 1.5 years have been following the 'Roger Macdougall diet' & trying where possible to use natural remedies instead of orthodox drugs so as not to poison my body however! I am now suffering from depression & my doctor has prescribed 'FLUOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE' which I believe is PROZAC I am very worried about taking this as I am taking 'ENHANCED NERVE FACTORS' for depression or so I was told!

my question is will the ENHANCED NERVE FACTORS sort the depression out & what is your view of FLUOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE?

I have been taking E.N.F for apx 1 week and realize it takes time but would Germanium help against depression

I should be most grateful for any help you may be able to offer

many thanks

Steve

Dear Steve,

There is NO chemical remedy for depression.

I feel so strongly about this that I refuse to help anyone, or sell anything, to someone taking any psychiatric drug.

They are evil.

I probably have more pages about the harm done to both the individual and to society by anti-depressants -- more pages than any other web site in the world.

Dear Steve,
Any doctor who recommends a psych drug -- you should not see him again.
He is not your friend.
Read this first link with care.

The "Wrong Relationship" Cause Of Health Problems -- Virtually ALL disease starts with a "wrong relationship" -- August 7, 2002 This bold, tiny bit of data could dramatically solve your "hopeless disease" problem -- here is the "universal solvent" for understanding the absence of health!

Dear Steve,
I don't know that diet, but I do know the right diet for you -- it is very hard, you won't agree, but if you do, you can save your life.
Regards,
karl
I've published more than 2000 pages on "diet."  Now I have articles that are the best I've found -- First on Diet and Dieting -- September 18, 2002.  This is a STUDY! Take your time and read with care.  It can help you understand this vital subject.

Dear Steve,
What helps against depression?
I can help, not with chemicals, but first you must be off any such drug, and turn in the doctor pusher so I can publish his name.
ONLY then can I be sure you are disconnected from the pusher.
Let me know.
You may need the detox in the first link -- to get rid of the drugs in your body.  Far more important than MS -- drugs make you incapable of getting better.
Karl Loren
Hubbard Detoxification Program -- Clear Body, Clear Mind, the Book -- August 14, 2002  Karl recommends this detoxification program for removing the chemical pollutants you probably have in your body -- so you can achieve improved body health and mental clarity.

Dear Steve,
I generally always advise against any vaccinations.
However, if I were going to some strange foreign country, I would probably accept them.
I always advise against silver fillings, and advise to have them removed as soon as possible.
The silver, as you know, is about 50% mercury.
I would advise you use oral chelation to remove the mercury, immediately, and to continue when the fillings are removed.
I don't recall, but if you are taking any anti-depressant, I would urge onto you the fact that your health is doomed as long as you stay on them and that I feel so strongly about this that I refuse to sell any of my products to anyone taking any such drug.
Regards,
Karl Loren

Hi Karl,

I hope you are well

Can you please advise me as to what precautions & vaccinations I need to
take when I go to SRI LANKA? you may not remember me, but sometime ago you
helped me with advice on GERMANIUM & ANTIDEPRESSANTS !! I live in the UK & I
have M.S.

Also what are your views on  AMALGAM filings? I actually have 4 & I have

obviously I am interested in this but I know exactly who's advice to ask for

I do hope you can help

many thanks

Dear Steve,
Good for you.
I lived in Africa for three years, had malaria, and took quinine.  I was very sick, but don't think there has been any after-effect.
I've also traveled all over Africa and Asia, and had lots of shots -- today I believe differently. When I was young I accepted them.

I feel very strongly that the mental condition of "happy" can never be created by a chemical -- except to make you drugged happy.
So happiness can be achieved -- with the advice on this web page.
http://www.happinessonline.org  that is my web

There is no need to stop taking Germanium when taking my vitamins.
I will soon be announcing that virtually all the germanium being sold in the US is fake -- bought from China, and no seller will ever tell you that.
I am concluding an arrangement with Tokai Sangyo, Japan, the only company in the world with the patent rights to make germanium.
But, that story will be published in a few weeks.
In the mean time, there is a batch of truth already here:
http://www.karlloren.com/ogc/main.htm
More pages about germanium than any other site in the world.

My very good friend, Dr. Ayyangar, is a doctor of Ayurvedic and we are now developing a whole line of Ayurvedic formulas.
You can learn some about them at his web site. http://www.emmessar.com

Dear Steve,
There might be another patent, but there could not be TWO patents for the same substance.
Also, I am certain that the Chinese are one of the major sources of Ge, and that they do NOT use the Asai Patent.
I have private communications with Tokai Sangyo, in Japan.  They say that ever sample of "Ge" they have ever tested, except their's, is fake.
So, I doubt very much of there is an honest source other than Tokai.
They say:

Geranti Bio-Germanium

<Geranti Bio-Ge> is natural type of organic Germanium that was invented The 1st in the World by biosynthesis technology of GERANTI Pharm Ltd. in 1993.

A "natural type" of organic Ge is a puzzling term.

"Natural" implies that the Ge comes from plants.  That is not practical -- because the amount of Ge that occurs naturally in plants is much to small to make it viable to remove it.
The Chinese stuff claims the same, but it never reaches the chemical similarity to the Asai Ge, which is synthesized -- that is how Dr. Asai got the patent.
Karl

Dear Steve,
I've copied some of their pages on my Ge web, and also copied their patent.  I'll do more on them.  (Give me the address for the MLM avert?)
They are making a yeast product which has 4,000 PPM of Ge and that would be a very tiny amount -- comparable to some natural substances.  That would be four thousand parts of Ge to 1,000,000 parts of something else.
It would be a substance of 0.4% Ge, or to get 35 mg of actual Ge, would take more than 10,000 mg!!! of the yeast.  I have to check my math.

The pin in your leg is terribly large compared to the tiny particles of metal removed by oral chelation.
My formula removes atoms and molecule, by the "few."
The pin would be millions of times larger, so would never be affected in any measurable way by the oral chelation.
Good to contact Maia.
Regards,
Karl Loren.

Dear Karl,

Thank you for putting my mind at ease (over my pin!), Maia confirmed my order yesterday & I await delivery.

I would just like to say  how polite & helpful Maia was (not to say how efficient she was!)

Now Karl!!!

I feel somewhat foolish, that I have been fooled by "Geranti-pharm" into believing I have been taking "Germanium"!

Here is the sales site:   www.bio-g.com

And here is a direct statement from 'Sandra Goodman PhD'  saying 'they are the only ones she knows of'  making & trialing Organic Germanium!   (you'll find her statement after the letter on 'HIV & Germanium'

I do not know if she is a part of the MLM? but for someone who researched Dr. Asai back in he late 80's she seems to know nothing of the "Asai Research Institute"???  making GE!

I hope you find this info helpful

Dear Karl,

first I congratulate & thank you for all your excellent work on exposing "Geranti" for what they are! FRAUDSTERS !!!!

Karl I started LGP 3/1/03 at the dosage of 20 per day, it is now 5 days into my oral chelation & I have been experiencing:

day 1, - niacin flush all over body (except around a mole on my back?!) + itching.

day 2-present, flushes + itching decreasing but felt jittery? & irregular bowel movements? + slight bloating with extremely smelly flatulence!! & feeling tired!

You tell us on your site about the flushes, bloating & about ensuring bowel movements, & common sense tells me the smellies are because of the irregularity but feeling jittery? & tired? anyway 'your the man' so I thought I'd better check with you if what I'm experiencing is normal or??!!

I tried to find info on adverse reactions on your sites & only found what you had stated!

I'd appreciate any advice & hope all is going to plan?

many thanks

Steve

Dear Steve,
I may have already sent this link?  For adverse reactions?
http://www.oralchelation.com/LifeGlowBasic/description/p14.htm
For the niacin flush, this page:
http://www.oralchelation.com/faq/answers24.htm
It would be very unusual to have the niacin flush with the low amount of niacin in my formula, but that level will "wear off" in just a day or two -- so that experience should disappear.
The stomach upset could go on -- and my advice on the linked page should give you mental comfort if not physical.
The plan?  Yes, I think you are doing fine.
Let me know?
Thanks,
Karl Loren

Subject: Baby Thomas!

Dear Karl,

First I am doing fine on LGP, its been 9 days now & I've been feeling a bit
tired & somehow I feel that toxic metals are being pulled from my head (a
strange sensation!) but I feel happy knowing whatever is being pulled out
shouldn't be there!!!

Now Karl, the reason for this mail is I am extremely worried about a lovely
baby boy (1yr 5mnth)! named Thomas.

He is son to Geraldine (an ex girlfriend of mine) who's partner wanted
nothing to do with Thomas & promptly vanished before the birth!

now Geraldine is on her own doing a great job bringing up Thomas as best she
can but Geraldine & I have had a major difference of opinions of 'The
Medical Association' in the past! after all a single mum should be able to
trust the doctors right?!

well you know & I know that isn't always the case! due to my illness (MS) &
her being stressed out with the pressure of being a mum (1st birth) we
argued a lot so I decided to step back & just keep informed by my mother
(who is friends & adores Thomas) as to how they are!

Every time I see my mother she tells me they are both sick! her with worry +
despair & him with 'a rash and temperature' 'lumps that appear & disappear',
'very pale all time' & 'a stiff neck' he cant talk! he just moans!

He has been diagnosed as being 'Gluten + Dairy + Sugar intolerant'
(something I suspected when he was only 5 months) & to my disapproval she
vaccinated him with the MMR! he's just started to fall whilst he is
walking!!

I know he's a baby but could these be signs of toxic metals?
Geraldine has Amalgam fillings (I'm not sure how many) could he be affected
from them?

Karl how can I help Thomas? he's a lovely child & recently Geraldine
enquired about me (as certain things I stated in the past have now been
shown to be true) & she wants to see me.

I'm not sure what I'd do if he were my child? but is there something she can
do as her doctors have started talking of Steroids!!!! & I have experienced
that CRAP!  & its not for him!!!!

I'd appreciate any help

yours sincerely

Steve

Dear Steve,
Good for you!
I think I just answered Geraldine?
The kid has turmoil in his family -- missing father.
This makes him sick -- there is need for emotional healing there -- she can do it, and no psych drug or counseling should be used.

Dear Steve,
No vitamin or nutrient can help Thomas.
Thomas needs a calm home -- Geraldinne needs to get over her stress -- but drugs will make her worse.
SHE has other wrong relationships in her life -- or she would not be sick.
Thomas has very major turmoil in his life -- he would not have any sickness if he had a happy home.

Subject: mercury loves sulphur?

Hi Karl

I hope this finds you in good health

Karl, while I was reading about Mercury on your sites I came across the statement that Mercury loves Sulphur & it will compete for it & even damage cells in its attempt to get it!

can you please tell me why it loves it?! as I find it very interesting

also Karl, my mother has just been told she has 'scaring in the lungs' the hospital put her on antibiotics! she doesn't like them & they make her sick

she is constantly trying to cough so would MSM help her?

P.S

I am well into detoxing now, 24th day, 20 caps LGP!

I must have a lot of crap in my body because I feel tired most of the time!

BUT I AM SLEEPING BETTER THAN I HAVE DONE SINCE.........I CANT REMEMBER!!!!!

many thanks

Steve

Dear Steve,
That about MSM may be on my web site, but I don't believe it is my writing.
Please give me the exact address?
I have no data that suggests this is true.
Scaring would not be a sign of living organisms causing harm.
Antibiotic is something "against life" or against a germ or living thing.
This sounds crazy - - there may or may not be a need for antibiotic, and scaring MAY have been caused by bacteria (I doubt it) but it is not a sign that the bacteria are there now to be killed by an antibiotic.
Cough?  No MSM is not the remedy.  It won't hurt, but is not likely to help.
Honest oregano oil (a few drops under the tongue) can help -0- depends on the source of the cough -- source should be Purity Products.  I don't sell it, but I do us it.
Karl Loren

Dear Steve,
None of that page is my writing.
I included it as "information" and it was put there some years ago.  The data is probably all OK.  But, mostly that data is beyond my knowledge of chemistry.
I think the truth you look for is in a different direction.
Cysteine is a sulfur-type amino acid.  Cysteine binds to mercury, and thus gets rid of it from the body.
You were probably concerned with this:
The problem is Mercury simply "Loves Sulfur" too much. So much so, that it will compete with other molecules for Sulfur and can usually "steal" Sulfur out of other molecular structures, in effect killing them.

Mercury (Hg) interacts

Frankly I think this is fancy language, but the more technical explanation is here:
It is not that sulfur is "looking" for sulfur, but Cysteine bumps into mercury and sticks to it.
There may be much more to this that I have not studied == I study chemistry only in the narrow areas where it has impact on oral chelation and heart disease and cancer.
My opinion, and that of others, is that chelation therapy offers the brightest promise of health help on the medical horizon today!
Probably the foremost authority and expert on chelation therapy today is Dr. Elmer Cranton, author of Bypassing Bypass, and other Books.  He says:

Free Radical Causes of Degenerative Disease

Subject: GOOD NEWS!?

Dear Karl

I am writing for some re-assurance as to whether all I am experiencing is
normal as I can't find any detailed testimonies (which include initial, adverse
reactions to Life Glow Plus) on your webs?
So I'm asking you!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not scared or anything, its just that I have been
taking LGP at full dose for 28 days & I am still feeling very tired?
(started after 7 days apx)

Is this a sign of my body working hard to get the metals? & if so, how much
longer do you expect before I start feeling better

I am sleeping soundly! which is appreciated as I used to frequent often at
night - thanks!

But I still have coldness in my right hand & foot, also I have what looks
like broken capillaries on my feet (something that disappeared on the first
niacin flush) but now they just look bruised (especially the r/foot)?

Now I know I have MS & you don't claim LGP to help MS but I am at war with MS
and my first offensive was to get rid of my Amalgams & to clear Mercury from
my body.

After much research I found & chose your product to use in coalition with
Amalgam removal as my first offensive!

Who knows 'IT MAY BE ENOUGH!' but even if it isn't, I will have alleviated
the burden of the antagonists of not just Mercury but a number of Toxic
Metals producing 'Free - Radicals' in my body! Thus I shall be stronger and
my foe weaker for the second offensive!!.....I thank you for your knowledge
& for broadening my own!

I'm not sure if you are aware of this but I think this is the first official
clinical trial that has just been published on the effects of Amalgam
removal.

www.nel.edu/press/NEL23_PR_Dental-amalgam_Lindh%2Oet%2Oal.htm

I am currently studying it & its going to open some eyes I believe (if not
mouths!!)

Anyway maybe you could use the trial somehow for your chelation products?

I don't know

Hopefully you can see my need for assurance (if that's the word) as my first
removal is 11-4-03 & I'm a little anxious

many thanks for your time

Steve

Dear Steve,
The only adverse effects I've had reported are described, with handling, here:
http://www.oralchelation.com/LifeGlowBasic/description/p14.htm
Feeling tired?  That could be some sort of detox?  It is not specific enough.
The link above describes the exact procedure to follow -- you don't change anything, but stop LGP for a few days -- see if there is a change -- then start, it is all on that page.

That amalgam removal is APRIL??  or November?
You can use the capsules DURING the removal.  Just open a capsule and empty the contents into the mouth -- it won't taste all that good.  But, the immediate contact with the contents and the amalgam -- even the vapor -- will bind the mercury even in the mouth -- then wash and spit out -- doing this several times during the removal.
If the dentist is very familiar with this removal, he would know that Cysteine, or EDTA, by themselves are often used this way.
My LGB would be a better product for this purpose since it has only four ingredients --

The amalgam study?  It shows as a missing page just now -- perhaps it is temporary.
I can read the Google cache of it, but it seems to be very precise as to a dozen different substances to be used.  That is not very practical.
Let me know how the test on adverse reactions goes for you.
Cold feet SHOULD have gotten warm by now -- does MS affect circulation?  There could be something there I don't know about.

Hi Karl

thanks for your advice, I am having my first 2 amalgams out on the 11th
April followed by the remaining 3 on the 25th April and I only have "Life
Glow Plus" capsules as I will be ordering again at the end of the month
(April) when I can afford it (the customs charge me £40 apx!!)

MS does affect the circulation (it interferes with nerve signals)

I'm so happy that you are involved with "Ayur Veda" as this is going to be
my 2nd offensive! I am going to "Sri Lanka" to balance myself for apx 2-3
weeks, I look forward to reading your web on it!!

Karl I just visited the Amalgam removal trial & it appears to be back? so I

Dear Steve,
My stuff on Ayurveda may now sit well with you.  I acknowledge the ancient wisdom of herbs, but the modern ritual of treatments -- a ritual that seems rich with significance, but which, I feel, is ritual only, while the herbs do all the work.
Let me know how it goes.

Hello Karl,

I hope this mail finds you & your wife in good health!

I had my last amalgam removed yesterday! : )

The dentist took 3 appointments to do 5 amalgams & I must admit health wise I've gone up & down like a roller coaster!  On 4-22-03 I received my latest order including a sample of your new "Herbal MSM"

I'm not sure if I jumped the gun but I was scheduled for my 2nd dental app't on 4-25-03 so I immediately
took a heaped tps into my mouth, mixed it until dissolved (apx 1.5 teaspoons) & swallowed! I must admit the taste was a bit funny but like you said it would diminish & it did! After I had the dental work I carried on taking 1 heaped tsp + 20 L.G.P per day I noticed I slept like a log! & my movements started to improve when all of a sudden I just felt totally washed out! in fact I could barely lift my legs to get up the steps leading to my home!!

Needless to say I was a bit concerned as my last app't was 05-07-03 &  I was determined to not miss the app't  because it would mean a lengthy wait to book another app't so I stopped everything & thought I'll contact you after my dental work is complete.

Although I have resumed the L.G.P (straight after my app't) I am a bit unsure as to the Herbal MSM?

Do you think I started to detox & that was the cause of my fatigue? or do you think there is some other reason?

I have been extremely shaky lately! do you know of any possible cause i.e.: has anyone else reported similar experiences?

Well I've taken up enough of your time, I'd appreciate any advice

Steve

Dear Steve,
I've not heard of those symptoms before, but they do not surprise me.
I think you had a load of mercury into your body and that it couldn't possibly be removed this quickly, all of it.
It took some time, but then took its toll on you.
You could probably to better, if you can, to increase the dosage of LGP, or get some LGB to add to the LGP.
The herbal MSM could also cause a detox -- we don't have enough experience with that stuff -- even that is worth increasing the dosage.  You could handle things with the herbal MSM, then quit in the middle of an on-going detox.
You probably have run out?
We got more samples in, but it will be several more weeks before we have our next supply and can make some to sell.
Regards,
Karl

I'm not out of "Herbal MSM" yet as I stopped taking it when my body started shutting down, so I have apx 100grams left, I think I'll wait a couple of weeks & then resume taking it!

Karl what are your thoughts on "Colon Cleanse"? I've been thinking about 'Ayurveda' & come to the conclusion that apart from the herbs+oils it seems  to be centered on body cleansing & a lot on 'Enemas' "Panchakama", as well as sweating!

I believe my body has many toxins stored up & my final step to regaining my health is the purification program by L. Ron Hubbard.

I know you had an experience (years ago) of trying a parasite cleanse, but all the stories of 'Rope & Mucus'!! must have some truth as a friend (who has been ill for sometime but believes in drugs & doctors!!) confided in me that one day, he couldn't stop passing what he thought was feces but in fact was a continuous stick of Chalk!! (being the best way to describe it!)

Now as he was at the time on many drugs (including  antidepressants) something happened to cause his body to expel whatever that was? I believe his story as he hasn't a computer so he hasn't read some of the many un-truths made by salesmen & he was quite embarrassed by it (being a mans man!)

So basically, do you think it is worth doing something like: colonics, enemas, herbal cleanse etc etc?

I've completed the first wave of my assault on M.S (being amalgam removal) & the 2nd wave is well under way (being mercury + heavy metal chelation - courtesy of you!)

Also how long do you estimate it will take L.G.P to get rid of my heavy metals now I am amalgam free? (not forgetting I used L.G.P at full dose for 2 months with amalgams present)

Once again I apologize for going on!

But the war is hotting up! & advantages must be taken when my foe is off guard!!

kind regards

Steve

Dear Steve,
I am a believer in colonics.
I learned to do enemas as cheaper and did them every day for more than one year.
I never had spectacular expulsions, but I figured it was OK to do anyway.
Keep in mind that the Ayurveda is approximately 50% ritual and religion, and 50% knowledge of herbs.
I don't much hold for the ritual part, but think the herbal knowledge within the Ayurveda is great.
Getting rid of ALL metal would be a very long process -- measured in years, not months.
You can get urine test for metals -- when the amount drops to close to zero, chelation is no longer removing any -0- you could say you were clear.

Subject: ? on ALA

Hi Karl,

are you positive that ALA isn't a chelator (as stated) ?

[Karl Note:     This is a useful article about the value of Alpha Lipoic
Acid, sometimes labeled the "Ultimate Antioxidant," but it just misses the
point.  Why spend money and time trying to neutralize free radicals, which
is all that Alpha Lipoic Acid can do, when you can eliminate the SOURCE of
those free radicals with chelation?  The dangers of toxic metals in the body
are just not sufficiently recognized, although the dangers of free radicals
are better known.]

I ask as I'm currently in a very debatable forum on some twit called Andy
Butler, who I believe wrote a book saying ALA should be used to chelate
Mercury! as it crosses the BBB.

Do Cysteine, NAC & EDTA cross the BBB?

many thanks

Steve

Dear Steve,
Here is the data on BBB
http://www.oralchelation.com/faq/answers64.htm
Here is my page on ALA
http://www.oralchelation.com/technical/alphalipoicacid.htm
I have not done exhaustive research, but I have a lot.
I have literally dozens of pages on it on my web.
Yes, it is reported to chelate mercury, but I never felt the need to look for something better than EDTA and Cysteine -- so included only a small amount in my formula.

Subject: Germanium?

Hi Karl,

I hope you, your family & all at VL are well

Karl, I was happy to see that you have secured exclusive access & license to
sell Organic Germanium.

I have been saving Hard since your newsletter brought the good news to me!

I am now adapting my battle plan for my illness to incorporate "GERMANIUM"
as an added assault.

I believe the writings of Dr Asai as his work has been validated by my
Naturopath who has written about meeting him & discussing his work in 1975
(apparently they talked all night!)

If your Germanium is that of which Dr Asai created I am in no doubt that it
will be extremely beneficial to me!

(Unlike the fraudulent crap! I purchased from GERANTI PHARM)

I hope to order 100gm this coming Friday, I realize I will need to take apx
2gm daily, but in what way do you advise?

I am still taking LGP at full dosage & am feeling healthier week by week, I
have started Colon Hydrotherapy & was amazed at how much stuff was inside!
although the therapist cut my session short as she didn't know how it would
tire me (due to ms) but she did tell me my prostate was enlarged & to get it
looked at! (another reason for Germanium!)

Well I've taken up enough of your time so I'll leave you in peace

kind regards

Steve

Dear Steve,
Well done.
I would treasure any notes or articles your Naturopath might be willing to contribute to that Ge web site, or even to write for it -- with full credit of course.
If he is willing I would be very pleased.
How to take?
Intravenous would be best -- it would be up to some "professional" to convert the powdered Ge into a liquid and feel comfortable in recommending that he use it as an injection or infusion -- whatever he thinks is best.  I knew a doctor who often visited Japan on Ge matters and he talked of injection rather than infusion.
It would probably be an action worthy of losing a medical license, but I think that method of administration would be best.
I am exploring getting "injectable vials" from Japan, but they could not be sold as injectables -- and may not even be available to me.
Next best would be to hold the powder in the mouth and allow it to dissolve there, hold it as long as you can -- even a few minutes.  Then swallow, with a sip of water if needed.
You would then be getting the most efficient absorption through the mouth tissues, into the blood stream.  It does not have a bad taste and would dissolve fairly well.
Next, mix it with water and sip slowly over the day -- allowing the "sip" to stay in the mouth during absorption.  Again, a couple minutes of holding the liquid/mixture in your mouth, then swallow.
The term "sub lingual" comes to mind -- probably the most efficient part of the mouth would be under the tongue.
Now, I'm not that familiar with anatomy, but it is possible that a solution of Ge with water can be injected into the rectum and allowed to "stay" there for some hours, even it may be possible for all this mixture to be absorbed through the rectal tissues -- close to the prostate.
Colon cleansing is a good thing to do.  Mixing Ge with that water would be wasteful since most of it is expelled, but after a treatment a small injection of Ge water that is small enough so that it doesn't need expelling would be a good method.  Rectal tissues are also good places for absorption -- better than the rest of the intestine, or stomach.
I have had this treatment, and then "graduated" to doing my own enemas.  At one time I did an enema every day for more than one year!!
You can be as crude as using a "turkey blaster" to do the injecting.

'
On price.  We have a standard policy that if you buy four items you get a 25% discount.
That moves over even to getting 4 of the same items within 30 days.
So, if you buy one at regular price, another at regular price, and can build that up to a total of 4 within 30 days, then you get the 25% discount.
Basically that means that if you can purchase the THIRD bottle within 30 days, you would then get the fourth bottle free.
So, three of these 100 gram jars would be $2,700, and if they are purchased all in a 30 day period, then the fourth is free.
Also, you might even consider purchasing a single kilogram of bulk.  It would take us about 10 days to get that in from Japan, but if you can find that type of money you would be getting Ge at about $600 for 100 grams, or $6,000 for one kg.
This is obviously expensive stuff, but I'm delighted to have the assurance of authenticity.
Tokai Sangyo is moving its web to a new server in a couple weeks and we are working on some web pages for them -- they will show Vibrant Life as the distributor for the US.
I have had some familiarity with prostate handling that included cyro-technology, don't know much more, but wonder if you have heard of that -- it is a laser type freezing of the presumed cancerous tissues and this procedure is so precise that it leaves the good tissue untouched.  I may have this wrong, but some years ago I visited Mexico where a doctor was doing this, and have heard of it elsewhere.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Karl,

thanks for the info

I talked to my naturopath very briefly today, as he was flying off somewhere & had to get to the airport so we couldn't talk in detail, however, he did ask me to come & see him on his return & to bring some of my Germanium along as he was interested!

When we meet I'll convey your interest & pass on your email

I had a look at Tokai Sangyo's website & I agree 'they need help!'
If they are on the web, does that mean they'll be selling Germanium via web?

I will be ordering 100gm on Friday, I haven't got $2,700 & it would take me sometime to save it up as I'm not working at present, its a shame because your offer is good!

Anyway I wish you all well & I'm looking forward to receiving my order!

kind regards

Steve

Dear Steve,
As far as I know Tokai is not selling directly from their web.
They have asked me to design at least one web page for them -- probably will be up in a week or so.
After your first purchase, you would then have 30 days to find another $1,800, and then get three jars rather than two for that amount -- if you can.

Thanks,
Karl

Hi Karl,

just a quickie

I've bee taking the Germanium for 7 days (received order 6-30-03)

I have been taking 2gm or slightly over as  its hard to measure, every morning before breakfast.

My question is, is this the best protocol? as Dr Asai & others in his book seem to administer it 3 or 4 times a day before or after meals!

I'm unsure as to whether I should be dividing the 2gm up each day, any advice will be most appreciated!

regards

Steve

Dear Steve,
I believe that more doses will "even out" the amount of germanium in your blood stream more than taking one dose daily.
I would not worry about the approximation of the dose.
You can take two doses per day, or three.  You might start with your best estimate of 2 grams, in one container (cup or glass), then take out "some" twice, then the balance on the third dose.
If you let this "sit" in your mouth before swallowing, it will absorb more quickly, and more directly into your blood stream through the mouth tissues.
You can put this into your mouth "dry" and dissolve it with saliva -- then a sip of water if necessary to take the last bit down.
What have you noticed yet?
Regards,
Karl

Dear Stephen

Thank you so much for your very welcome e-mail.

I have met Dr Asai a few times and I have the film he made as well as all his works.  I would be interested in contacting this gentleman and if he is interested I could share the information I have with him.

It would be wonderful if, in lieu of that, I could get some Germanium from Japan, as it is such a wonderful remedy and I would love to help people with it.

Thank you once again for writing as it has given me a small glimmer of hope that we can get the right Germanium.

Kindest regards,

Jan de Vries
(dictated by JdV)

Dear Jan,
You must be older than I am!!!
I'm 72, and Dr. Asai was not alive, I believe, when I visited Japan in about 1987.
My whole story about germanium starts at this page on my web.
http://www.karlloren.com/ogc/
I, too, had a lengthy video, in Japanese, showing mice being given cancer, then cured.
I am not at all sure where that video went??  I believe mine had English sub-titles, but it has been years since I looked at it.
As you may realize Ge has been very expensive, yet cheap non-authentic substances have been the only type found in the US.
My prices are about 3 times what those are.
I believe they will gradually go out of business -- since my story about authenticity is so convincing.
I would love to have any materials you have from Dr. Asai, or at least English versions.
I would publish any or all of your material, with credit to you, and your personal story, on my web, if you are willing.
I am also designing some web pages for Tokai Sangyo and could put Japanese material on those pages.
I understand that Asai Research Institute does not export Ge, but sells only in Japan.
I do not, as a matter of firm policy, have any special prices for anyone -- feeling that is not an honest way to do business -- but I'd be glad to supply you with Ge, as you may need.  I have standardly available volume discounts, up to a 40% discount for 60 bottles in one purchase.  The 100 gram bottles only have the maximum discount of 25% for purchase of 4 bottles, then you should buy 1 kg.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Karl Loren

Dear Steve,

Very good to hear that you are keeping a log of experiences.

I would like to publish your entire correspondence, including this message and any future you would like to share with others.

http://www.oralchelation.com/testimonial/test58.htm

Germanium is quite expensive, as you know, and it must perform true miracles to make it worth while.  I count on you have a large miracle, and being willing to tell me all the details, and to share with others as I publish this.

Cordially,

Karl Loren

Dear Karl,

what can I say!

It would be a great feeling knowing my entire correspondence could be read by anyone visiting your web!

However, in all my readings of "Germanium", I to date, have not read about any Multiple Sclerosis sufferer using "Germanium" & I would like it to be noted as it seems to be helping me, so I'd like fellow sufferers to be aware of "Germaniums" magical effect on MS as well as other diseases

As you know Karl, I am at war! & my foe is MS, I believe, with the help of "Germanium", I may return to being a healthy man, that's not too much to ask for!.........is it?!

Publish away! & I hope my account helps many others!

Dear Steve,
You are published, including any negative findings you care to make -- I will not edit, other than to remove your name.
If you are willing to include either your full name, or even an eMail, I would be delighted to include those.

Dear Karl,

I hope you & all are well at VL

here are my 4th weeks happenings!

Day 22

I woke feeling pretty good! I managed to do 15 squats whilst brushing my teeth! had a pleasant morning movement!
I felt very good almost euphoric! I studied for 8 hours! my walking+balance are improving!

Day 23

Woke at 3am, couldn't get back to sleep, felt tired all day but did study a bit!

Day 24

Woke feeling very stiff, I checked the weather satelite & I was in low preasure (low pressure affects me badly) studied for most of the day

Day 25

Woke at 4am but I felt better, noticed my arms were itchy (no skin eruptions just itchy!), my spinal skin is still rough, as the day went on I started to stiffen up & then at 10am it poured with rain! until 2pm & then I started to unstiffen

Day 26

Woke 8am feeling good, 20 squats (effortlessly) whilst brushing teeth, I felt very light on feet, 15 squats before lunch, my feet started tingling after lunch? my walking+balance improved

Day 27

Woke feeling pretty good, 15 squats whilst brushing teeth, grabbed a few rays (sat outside) for vit d, bit of study

Day 28

Woke from deep sleep at 7.30am, felt tired+stiff & my head feels heavy! I checked satelite & it's low pressure & rain approaching!
15 squats whilst brushing teeth all in all a pretty unsettled day (a bit like me!)

Well that's a brief account of my week, basically the UK is going through very changeable weather & that (especially low pressure!) has a profound effect on me, I'm sure other sufferers know what I mean

however sometimes I have to pinch myself to remind me I'm awake! & what I just did was real !!!
at the moment I am constantly learning bodily actions that were secound nature 15 years ago but........have been masked by MS!

I have just taken advantage of your excellent 25% offer so I now have 300gm more of Germanium in which to rebuild my body & put MS in my history!
J

till next week

Hi Karl,

I hope you are well

I've upped the dosage to 3gm a day as I feel this will be a more efficient dose for my condition & as I've just received 300gm (taken advantage of the 25% offer!) my armoury is well stocked for my ensuing battle

Anyway, heres my weeks hapenings!

Day 29

Woke at 7.30am feeling better than yesterday! I did 20 squats whilst brushing my teeth (with ease!) & 15 more before lunch, today I feel strong! spent rest of day at study.

Day 30

Woke at 7.30am feel a bit tired so didn't do any squats, went in to do some work for BDIN (a charity I help), after about 3 hours of doing BDINs database my back was in serious trouble! my right arm was going numb so I was working one handed?
I went home had some lunch & had a MAJOR! movement!?
I started feeling better & even performed a 'epidermoid excision' on a cyst that has bugged me for over a year!
Had an early night as I was very tired.

Day 31

Woke at 7am feeling ok'ish but my legs are sore (overdone the squats!) so only did 10 squats whilst brushing teeth, studied all day.

Day 32

Woke at 7am feeling stiff+sore, it's a miserable day & very close, had a major movement! upped dosage to 1/2tsp before breakfast + 1/4tsp before lunch & supper.

Day 33

Woke 7.30am, felt tired+leg musscles a bit sore so no squats, just chilled all day.

Day 34

Woke at 7am, felt a little better so 5 squats in morning+ 10 in afternoon, it's hot today.

Day 35

Woke at 4.45am but felt good !?
It's a very very hot day with no air but I feel STRONG!
I did 20+ squats whilst brushing my teeth (with ease!) & sorted out a store room before 7.30am!! I felt good & only slowed down at about 1pm when the tempreture hit 90f & there was no air at all!

At the momemt Britain is going through a heat wave! & its been predicted that the record temp of 99f will be broken this week!

I suppose living in britain doesn't help much as the weather is so changeable ,however, my stamina & balance+strength are improving & I'm quietly confident I'm............well best not tempt fate..eh!

till next week

Steve

Hi Karl

I apologise for the short gap with my updates!

Durring the 7th week, Britain went into meltdown mode & broke the highest ever recorded tempretures, I think it reached 101 fahrenheit! & believe me with apx 90% humidity.........well let's just say a sauna comes to mind.

I actually went to stay with a friend for 10 days for a break so I didn't keep a log for weeks 6 & 7 (sorry!)

However, what I remember is durring our heatwave I had much more stamina than I have had for ages! & that when it started to cool down my balance & sureness of footing improved markedly!

So here is my 8th weeks happenings:

Day 49, Woke at 7.45am feeling well rested, did 10 squats as felt quite strong, I stretched out after & noticed my balanc+walking are improving!

Day 50, Woke at 8.30am! Felt good'ish so did 20 squats + 8 weight shift exercises, stretched out & stayed up late (making cd's)

Day 51, Woke 8.30am feeling well rested, had minor movement, only did 5 squats as I didn't feel to strong, went to BDIN at 10.15am & worked til 1pm walked around office using just 1 crutch! (my legs felt strong & balance good!), after lunch had large movement which was dark & sank!?, I then felt tired up to 3.40pm,

Day 52, Woke at 8.30am from a deep sleep (didn't want to open my eyes!), felt bit stiff so did 20 squats stetched out & sat down to study at 11am, started to feel very stiff at 1pm'ish (it looked like rain)

Day 53, Woke at 7.30am feeling good at first! , did 10 squats as don't feel as sure today, Then I started to ache at 10am & the weather came over like rain (I ached yhat way!)

Day 54, Woke at 7am feeling hungover! (Bit too much cider I think!), instead of squats I practised shifting weight from leg to leg (noticed I began to balance squarely & not leaning forward), movement was like constipated? & all sank?!

Day 55, Woke at 8.30am feeling ok'ish, had another constipated like movement (uh oh! I know what's coming!), chilled for rest of day watching football+ f1

Since I upped the dose I seem to be getting surer on my feet although also I've been quite tired

til next week

Steve

Dear Steve,

Perhaps it is time??  I don't recall if you have explained what a "squat" is??
Why is it a big deal to do a "squat?"
I see these daily reports, but wonder if you can throw in, here and there, how you feel today compared to before you started?  Remind us?
Also what is your daily dose?  How do you take it?
Have you looked at "your" web page?  Asked any others to look?
Getting any comments from others who either know or don't know what you are doing?
How about Jan?
Regards,
Karl

Hi Karl,

I hope you & all at VL are well

thanks for your email & I'll start by explaining my condition before
starting GE, I needed 2 crutches to get around & even then I couldont
stand for long as my leg muscles would go into spasm or just let go &
I'd end up on the floor (wrong way up!)

This is what caused me to go to war on MS as I had steadily got worse
(from a cane to 1 crutch to 2 crutches), I had visions of a wheelchair &
decided that wasn't for me!

Although I was told by my neurologist that in his mind, I would end up
in a wheelchair, they've got a habit of saying things like that (normal
course of progression!)....."Crap!! I'm not accepting that!)

So, for all those who do not know what a squat is: if you stand upright
then slowly bend your knees until you are in a sitting position & then
slowly straighten up to the start position you have done 1 unassisted
squat (if you hold something ie a chair, it's an assisted squat) if you
have weak leg muscles ie hamstrings, knees as you hold the sitting
position you really work them (BUT DO TRY ASSISTED 1ST & BE CAREFULL!!)

Before GE I couldont do ONE without collapsing in a heap! now I manage
20+ & also resistence training (with a elastic strap)

I can truly say I am more happy & content than I have been in many
years, the constant, gnawing back pain I have suffered for 4+ years,
hardly bothers me! & my whole outlook on life has changed (for the
better!)

Each day I take 1/2 tsp before breakfast & 1/4 tsp before lunch & supper

I have not heard from Jan lately, I must mail him

Your GE web looks great Karl & yes I've looked at my page, I didn't
realise we had corresponded so much!

so here's my weeks happenings

Day 56, Woke 8.30am feeling tired? only did 10 squats whilst brushing
teeth & then 10 weight shift exercises (balancing from one leg to the
other), slightly constipated? didn't feel energetic today, bed at 10pm

Day 57, Woke at 5.30am feeling refreshed, did 15 squats + 10 balance
exe's, study til 2.30pm, notice an improvement in balance/walking,
attatched a elastic strap to my exercise bike so I can do resistence
exercises with my weaker leg (inner thigh muscles), did apx 30 assorted
reps!

Day 58, Woke 7.30am feeling bit sore (leg muscles), no squats just
weight shift exe's, went to BDIN felt strange (a bit anxious?), major
movement after lunch! felt very tired for rest of day

Day 59, Woke 8.15am feeling not to good, managed 10squats,10 weight
shifts & 30 resistence exe's, put CalmCream on legs to aid soreness

Day 60, Woke 8.15am feeling ok'ish, no squats or resistance exe's today
(I'm gonna have day on day off from now), did 10 weight shifts, it's low
pressure today but I feel ok?

Day 61, Woke 8am feeling good, 20 squats + 10 weight shifts & 30
resistance exe's (so much for day on day off!) I feel almost euphoric?!
bed at 10pm

Day 62, Woke 7am feeling refreshed, did 20 squats 10 weight shifts, sat
in sun for 1/2 hour & when I got up to come back in, my strength/balance
& energy weren't troubled by the heat!, did 30 resistance exe's & spent
rest of day surfing (internet)

Well that's it for this week but I do think the time has come Karl &
(fingers crossed) I can keep improving the way I am!

By the way.......I'm back on 1 stick!

til next week

Dear Steve,

I've been away, and it was Nick who posted your last reply to the web.

I just read it tonight.

Wow.

Squat!!

When I was in the Army I could do, easily, some 100s of them.

Today I don't do any without assistance.  it is not just MS that causes that weakness, but the need for hip surgery -- my condition.

Of course (??) I don't take much of my own germanium.  I had no idea it might do this for someone.

I suspect I don't have the drive you do -- I get around, a bit of limping, but I manage well enough.

I'll have to re-think this.

Thanks for the story.

Dear Karl,

I too could handle many hundreds only 15 years ago, again when I too was in the army

In fact, I had to haul some 200 pounds in weight around!

So these times have been quite testing indeed, especially as I'm quite young (39)

When I was first diagnosed I knew nothing about MS, 'I was strong & young, it wasn't going to bugger me up!' So I went into that great defence mode we all have, 'Denial'

Well it worked, for a while, then I began to lose, I had to quit my job (eyesight impaired), my fiance played away (saw her ex) & I started to feel real bad about myself, started drinking & smoking heavy, my fiance/grirlfriend of 12 years left last year, not wanting/able to look after me huh....,,,,(you can put the violin away now!)

At present, even though I have some way to go &  long to run the roads again, I'm content with what I have! & know, one day it will happen!!

I feel deeply grateful to you, for enabling me to feel of myself, the way I do today!

How are you & your wife, have you both had the hip surgery?

kindest regards

Steve

Well, Steve, thanks.
I was in the Army for a couple years, and earned my Ranger patch. That was probably my best physical condition.
Before that I was on the wrestling team at Ohio University -- competed often, never a big winner.
So squats?  Yes, I did a lot of them when I was young.
My wife had a complete knee replacement in June.  I could have gone at the same time but we all felt it would be better to let her heal a few months before I get mine- - I am eligible for a hip replacement.  I'm not apprehensive.
I limp a bit right now, but in another month or so I will probably go ahead with the surgery.
I'm 72, of course, so I don't expect to do much running anymore, but I did go white water rafting a few weeks ago, in Alaska.
I appreciate your kind words about my help, but I strongly believe, and think you know the truth of it, that it has been YOUR determination that has made the difference.
If I could suggest more?  Have you read my pages on diet?  I would encourage you to consider getting on the diet I recommend.  It can be very healing.
The other thing, exercise, I recommend a mini-trampoline -- you can use it even if you have to sit your butt on it and bounce ..
The gentle bouncing, should be very feasible for you -- it moves the lymph fluids and that improves the immune system, and builds strength without painful or impossible exertion.
Finally, what do you have as an "outward" activity -- what are you doing for others?  That is an important part of any healing, overcoming any inward looking pity (even though you don't have it), and looking to help others.  That is very useful to you.
I'm going to post this -- let me know if your below comments are too personal to post??
Keep in touch.

Hi Karl,

It's always nice to hear from you, please pass my 'get well wishes' on to your wife.

Karl, maybe you should think of taking a little GE tonic before your surgery! You have the right frame of mind allready, so maybe, you can give your body the help it may need, just a thought! (Dr Asai talks highly of using it to aid surgery!).........But, of course, you already know!

Diet, yes I will study your plan, I have been following the Roger Macdougal diet for over 2 years now (a passed friend of Jan, also playwriter, writer & MS sufferer). The diet is very restrictive ie gluten free, sugar free & dairy free also certain meat is a no-no (pork & anything processed).

Exercise, mmm....I'm the sort of bloke that pushes himself over the limit, waaay to easily, I mean, ones ok but ten is better! I resume swimming next week (the kids are back to school, so the pool wont ressemble a war zone!) The trampoline is food for thought, thanks!

Pity! Yeah I had that, for a while! until I first visited BDIN (Berkshire Disability Information Network), I walked (more like hobbled) into their office in January 2001 feeling the lowest ever & looking for help or something as I had been having suicidal thoughts!

After talking to different people, well, it hit me! like a 'wet fish in the face', Ok! so I had MS! SO WHAT!!  Medical science couldn't help...SO WHAT!

The disabled world had revealed itself to me! (or more like, I learnt!)

There were people, far worse than me living as best they could & not, NOT! wallowing in self-pity.

I realised I could help people! & ever since that day...... I have!

Yes Karl, I totally agree, each day I return from BDIN, I have a great feeling knowing somewhere, somebody will benefit from my work!

As before, post what you wish! I don't think it's too personal........just the truth!

regards

Steve

Dear Steve,

Well, you've convinced me.
I read Dr. Asai's Book some 20 years ago, and only brief excerpts of it since.  So, you have much more familiarity with it than I.
I'm going to start on 100 mg of Ge per day, right now, and increase that when I get closer to surgery -- probably a month or more from now.
Your diet sounds good to me.  "Raw," of course" is the ultimate "unprocessed."
I have had the same attitude about exercise -- recalling my days of Army glory of all those pushups, etc.  I have learned a bit in my many years, and moderate is a word more often found in my vocabulary.
The swimming sounds great to me.
Keep writing.
Yes, I'll post it all.
Regards,
Karl

Hi Karl,

here's my weeks update

Day 63, Woke at 3.30am!? & couldn't get back to sleep, I lay thinking about anything & everything! finally nodding off around 5am, re-woke at 9.30am feeling rough/stiff & sore! did minimum amount of exercise (just enough to keep muscles active).

Day 64,Woke at 8am feeling refreshed, decided to finally clean up & service my old Mac computer so I can sell it & hopefully finance an inerest I've had for a while, it took me all day to find it all searching cupboards/drawers & store rooms, I was 'cream crackered' after but I was happy I'd found it all & quite impressed with my balance+walking.

Day 65, Woke at 7.30am feeling good! did 20 squats + 10 weight shifts with ease! went into BDIN at 10am & worked til 1.15pm, got home feeling strong so did 30 assorted resisted exercises, That night I drank quite a bit of Brandy, got pickled & went to bed at 11.30pm.

Day 66, Woke at 10.45AM!  I slept like a log but, I'm all out of sync', my head was clear not hungover! Did a minimum of exercises & study for rest of day!

(what's surprising is, I haven't drank a spirit since Christmas,
So I fully expected to feel hungover in the morning especially as I'd slept for so long!

But I didn't!)

Day 67, Woke at 9pm feeling refreshed, did 20 squats + 15 weight shifts, sat out in the sun for 45mins! came in when I started to get bit hot but my balance+walking was good! I advertised my Mac package & settled down with a reward of a Brandy!

(I used to melt in the sun after 10mins & hardly be able to move!!
I have scars on my feet from dragging myself across the patio to get out the sun!)

Day 68, Woke at 8.45am feeling ok'ish but a bit tired, today's sports day! England are playing Macedonia in a european championship qualifier so I'm treating myself to some cider! did minimum exercises (this routine, 1 day full 1 day little exercise, seems to be working!)..........WE WON!!!

Day 69, Woke at 8.30am, did 10 squats + 10 weight shifts as don't feel to clever, after lunch, had major movement that sunk, felt tired + a little stiff (low pressure had moved in &  it seemed to slow me up!), just chilled for rest of day.

til next week

Steve

Dear Steve,

What do you do at BDIN?

How about a couple photos?

Thanks,

Karl

Dear Steve,

I"m now taking 200 mg of GE per day, and will increase to 1000 mg or more about two weeks before my surgery.

Thanks!

Karl

Dear Karl,

I should be able to sort out some photos in the near future

the interest I'm raising funds for is a rather nice DV Camcorder with MPEG capability (ideal for still shots!)

I have offered to design a new website for BDIN (once qualified), so I shall be taking many shots of everyone & our office

I'll gladly send you some

Karl, I'm glad your taking some GE before your surgery! I feel sure it will aid your recovery & I hope you experience the energy resurgence I have!

regards

Steve

Well said, Steve,

I've taken 200 mg of Ge today, and will continue -- increasing to 2,000 mg about one week before surgery.
Photos?  Yes.

Hello Karl,

well not too much happens this week except my energy has improved remarkably!

BDIN is having a short break (mainly to do with holidays), so when we get up & running again  I'll take some photos for you as I've got my cam now!

Day 70,Woke at 3.30am got up 4.30am, felt suprisingly good! did 30 squats + 20 weight shifts + 30 resisted exe's +10 reverse push ups (dips!) & 10 press ups!!! I couldn't stop doing things, I sprayed the roses, sat down for 30mins in the morning sun & sorted out a lot of paperwork ie bills! my mother visited at 12.30 & after i made lunch i then started to flag! its 4.15pm & i feel very tired + backs aching like hell! bed at 11pm

Day 71,woke at 8.30am feelin ok, legs bit sore+stiff so only 10 squats + 10 weight shifts, sorted out printer + bits, spent rest of day at study! bed at 00.30am

Day 72,woke at 10.30am! felt stiff & not 2 good on feet, 25 squats + 20 weight shifts, tried to fix printer but no go! looked out scanner, felt good then bad on&off all day, bed at 12pm

Day 73,woke at 8am feelin ok, 20 squats + 20 weight shifts + 30 resistance exe's, sorted out store & had lot of strength, felt good most of day, bed at 11.30pm......

Day 74,woke at 5am, 20 squats + 20 weight shifts, feel strong!, sprayed roses (bit of gardening), mum visited, drank quite a bit! bed at 12pm.....

Day 75,woke at 8.45am feeling a bit stiff, no exe's (feel wierd), constipated, sat in sun for 30mins, felt lethargic most of day! ate 2 pk's peanuts + pk dates, bed at 11pm

Day 76,woke at 3.45am!? felt anxious, couldn't get back 2 sleep so got up at  4.30am, had light coloured fairly large floating movement! did -10 squats+10 weight shift exe's, feel pretty good!, started to feel tired at 5pm & had an early night, bed at 9pm

Day 77, woke at 8.30am feeling a little stiff, did 10 squats + 10 weight shift exe's, my right knee felt funny so I took 2 x 500mg of glucosamine as (I haven't taken anything but GE for 76 days & I also feel LGP will help me as it has all the vit's/min's so I shall order some more!), I became very jittery for a couple of hours after taking the glusosamine?! did 30 resisted exe's, bed 11pm

til next week

Steve

Dear Steve,

Good, as always, to hear your story.

When I read day by day I am not as close to what you are experiencing as you are, so I miss the "big changes."

Perhaps you could add a "weekly comparison" -- add a comparison, overall, from one week to the next?

That would be good.

Karl
