I want to tell you about my mother.
I don't remember when I started researching chelation, but
your site was the one that I kept going back to nine tenths of the time. The
other sites never gave enough information to satisfy me.
My mom has chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). She has had it for over 20 years. But it was April, 2001 when she took her first chemo treatments. That is when her blood cell count went over 100,000.
Her cancer doctor told her that she would not loose her hair or even be sick because the chemo would be very mild. Well, she lost her hair and spent a weekend in the hospital because the dosage was to strong. Her doctor admitted that she had made a mistake on how strong to make it. However, mom's blood count did go down.
Right after the chemo her GP doctor told her that she was going to have to have the arteries cleaned out in her neck. They had been watching them for years and now, all of a sudden, they had to operate.
Do you think that maybe they thought mom was knocking at deaths door and they were going to make sure that they got some money out of this old woman too? I do. All this while I had been researching chelation. I told her to try it before she had the neck surgerys done. She didn't think there would be time for the chelation to work. She knew a person who had done chelation years ago, my uncle's brother. I told her to call him, talk to him.
She didn't. Stubborn ole German! So in June 2001 she had the right side of her neck done. She came through it fairly easy. Easy enough that she was not afraid to go and have the other side done. In July 2001 she had the left side done, only this time they had to go looking for a new piece of vein and after DIGGING around in her neck and tearing and bruising muscles there, they finally gave up and took a vein out of her ankle.
Her ankle later became infected and she had to doctor with that.
She went to her chiropractic doctor, endless times, for him to work on her neck. (She had been seeing him with a broken arm) He told her that they had literally dug around in her neck and messed up and bruised the muscles.
She finally got over her neck surgeries and was doing good, had lost a little weight, like 5/10 pounds and her cancer doctor then told her that if she didn't stop loosing weight she would have to have chemo again.
I ask mom what her weight had to do with chemo. I thought that it was the blood cell count that determined another round of chemo.
Mom only weighs 145#. She is 5'6". (She will probably shoot me for telling you this.) She is not obese. She is 77 years old.
I kept talking to her about chelation. I sent her material to read, hmm, some papers that I printed off the internet, a book.... She read this material while on a visit here and took the rest home with her to finish reading. Then early this spring she started having spells with her left eye. She would have double vision, blurred or completely not be able to see out of it.
She went to a eye doctor and told him. He said, oh, and then you have a terrible headache after. No, no headache, just the spell, mom told him. Migraines run on mom's side of the family. She knows what a migraine headache is. He didn't know what to do. He said maybe talk to her GP doctor and change some of her med's. She was on 3 different blood pressure medicines, a channel blocker, a water pill and Lipitor, the medicine from hell. Anyway. Her GP doctor took her off the channel blocker and gave her a RX for a beta blocker. He also told her that there wasn't anything that he could do for her eye.
He said that eventually she would have a stoke behind her eye and that she would go blind in that eye. She told her GP doctor that she didn't want to take the beta blocker, that she wanted to try chelation, did he think that it would help. He threw a fit. He told her that if she put that poison into her system that he would not be her doctor anymore. That she would kill herself because her kidneys would not be able to handle it. That she should not be taking any vitamins or minerals.
I happened to be visiting her at the time and I threw a fit.
I ask her not to take the beta blocker and to please go and visit a chelation doctor and talk to him before she started any different med's.
She agreed.
We found a doctor who was less than a mile from her house. My husband, myself and my sister went with her to the doctor and we visited.
Mom decided to give it a try. She like Dr. Dole.
She has been getting intravenous chelation all summer long.
Her cancer doctor threw her fit when she found out that mom was doing chelation. She wanted to put her in the hospital right then and do another round of chemo. She had a new serum to inject into mom.
Mom said no.
When mom had 2 chelation treatments left, (she did 30), she had another appointment with the cancer doctor. She stormed into the examing room and wanted to know what mother was doing to herself. She had lost a few more pounds, her blood count had gone DOWN, from 62,000 to 47,000, (yes! Thank you Lord!) she wanted to start running more tests because she just knew that mom had cancer in a different place in her body. Whatever it was mom was doing she had better stop. She told mom that she wanted to see her in 2 months. Mom told her that she would see her in 3 months and maybe not even then, it depended on how she felt. Mom's eye problem also went away. She has not had anymore spells. She feels wonderful. Her color is good. She looks great. She is off one of the blood pressure med's that she has been taking for over 30 years. She is off of the lipitor.
YES! She is doing good.

KarlYou can publish the story, with my name and e-mail.I wanted to add that mom was constantly fatigued before chelation.The doctors did nothing for it, nor would they explain why to mom when she ask. After a few chelation sessions the fatigue stopped.
