Wednesday, I began 'Super Life Glow': ten in the morning , ten mid-day, and ten at night. Although I already had been taking, (now discontinued), large doses of vitamin C , and a high-quality multiple anti-oxidant with enough niacin to keep the new regimen from causing a flush, the 'SLG' is definitely causing a physically enhanced sense of well-being. I try so many different methods and products that I've become immune to the power of suggestion.

there's a mitigating circumstance:
Because I don't want to waste the potential power of these expensive capsules, I make a point of not eating before or after a dose. As a dose costs me a bit over $2.00, avoiding snack for these few hours might cause this be a break-even real cost, to say nothing of those extra calories being truly extra in my case .

That way, I'll know which responses are which, before 'picking up'.
I have been taking niacin all along, as an
ingredient in more than one of my previous products, so any 'flush' I'm getting is so subtle that
I can't be sure that I'm feeling one at all.
So, would you say that overweight is a health risk
in and of itself?

We, as a nation, are badly obese!
For many years studies of longevity in animals showed that the single prediction of longer life among a species of animals was weight, or excessive weight. The single thing that could be done to lengthen an animals life was to feed it less, or get it to be more lean.

a fan of Dr. Yiamouyiannis, I searched the web for
better explanation for how such a heath-conscious man
could die so young.
None was forthcoming, but 'Quackwatch' took the opportunity to hit 'Dr Y' below the belt, now that he can't fight back. Dr. Y, in my opinion, was one of the most thorough, honest, and CORRECT researchers of fluoride.
I contacted 'QW' , who answered my email with a simple ,'trust me' style, ad hominem put-down of the Doctor. Quackwatch should watch themselves.

Quackwatch is notorious in the world. What is not well known is that it was started, and is still operated, by a psychiatrist.
Psychiatrists, generally, are the most blind of all people to the truth. They have invented false diseases, and then design harmful drugs to treat these false diseases -- so that more diseases will then be found, needing more dangerous drugs.
Vibrant Life, as a matter of official company policy, refuses to sell any of its products to any person taking any psychiatric drug -- because, we think, that person is already committing suicide.
While it is the evil doctor who prescribes, each person is responsible for his own health, and it is the patient's choice and agreement that gets him or her hooked on psychiatric drugs.
