Have had a lifetime of nutritional supplementation spending a fortune on herbs, extracts, mineral salts, amino acids and neurotransmitters...I must have had over 30 types of supplements on my bed table.
MSM changed all that...it is far superior to any supplement I have consumed...MSM allowed me to reduce my supplement budget to a basic few with MSM reigning supreme. What was occurring before? “I had whole life problem of remembering things. I would get stuck talking and, unless listeners prompted me, I could not go any farther. I would get lost in the middle of sentences. My brain would stop. In grade school, I pinned notes on my shirt to help me remember, then forgot to look at the notes; as an adult, I guessed that it might be caused by aluminum; it got worse over the years. My mother used to tell me “You’d forget your head if it were not attached.”

My research has shown that MSM is best absorbed in the mouth, so I take a teaspoon of the powder in my mouth, follow with a smallish sip of water, then allow the crystals to fully dissolve, swishing it around only a bit. I hold it in my mouth for between one and three minutes.
The taste is not nearly as objectionable as one might think. It's mildly bitter, with a strong bitter taste just as you swallow it. Following with additional water quickly clears the bitter aftertaste. It only took me a couple of days to get used to the taste, and now I don't find it at all bad, and I take 6-9 teaspoons a day.
In fact, it can even become a craving as the body recognizes the relationship between the pain relief and the bitter taste. I would encourage you to share this information.
The half dozen people I've convinced to start supplementing with MSM are all taking it in bulk form as I described, and each has reported back to me that they did quickly get used to the taste and feel the benefits more obviously when taken in this fashion.

Chuck Lee has been spreading the good word of MSM and its effectiveness to his contacts.
Wayne H was such a person. Wayne had been in a great deal of pain, the joints, lower ligaments – especially the knees. He had difficulty moving in general/walking at all. Movement was quite painful and had to resort to using a cane.
Wayne did not feel old at 67, but the pain was excruciating.
He began taking the MSM, starting with 4 tblsp based on his weight/height and within 10 days or less he said “I can dance, run, walk, no pain! Movement is better and I have more energy!”. He has since lowered his dosage to 2 tblsp a day.

I must say that I continue to be so well whilst continuing to take the MSM + Vitamin C twice daily. I can honestly say that I have not been this well for a long time...
I am due to see my Rheumatologist in October and I am really looking forward to finding out what my blood count will be THIS time, after having then been on MSM for 6 months. You can be sure that she will hear about it from me and I can finally tell her what it is that has taken away my awful chronic fibromyalgia pains COMPLETELY!
