Each
capsule of Taheebo Life Tea contains the concentrated
extract that you would get if you drank about seven cups
of tea -- with the tea made by soaking the Taheebo bark
in warm water for about 20 minutes.
Thus, when and as you take five of these capsules, you are getting approximately the equivalent of drinking 35 cups of tea.

There is no scientific study of "how much" of this tea, or of the concentrate, you would need for any particular purpose.
The rumors that rose out of South America involved people drinking very large numbers of cups of tea per day.
However, since I have now had about 17 years experience with the exact same formula of this extract in a capsule, I can be rather firm about the recommended dosages.
If you are taking Taheebo Life Tea as a "preventive" then there is really no guidance -- beyond what "feels good to you." You could take, for instance, two up to five capsules per day, giving you as much as 35 cups of tea, equivalent.
But, for more serious situations, the dosage is very firm -- and should not be lessened.
For serious situations I recommend five capsules when you first wake up in the morning.
Then, take two capsules EVERY HOUR that you are awake. It is important to take these every hour and to NOT bunch them up. Bunching them up, for instance, would be to take 10 capsules every five hours. No! Take them every hour -- and only when you are awake.
Then, at bed time, take another five capsules.
If you are awake for 15 hours during a day, that would be five upon awakening, five at bed time, and another 28 capsules at two every hour during that time. This makes for a total of 48 capsules per day -- or the equivalent of almost 350 cups of brewed tea.
This, obviously, would be an
enormous amount of tea to drink -- not practical.
So, with these concentrated extract capsules you CAN get very large amounts of the material into your body very easily.
That is the secret of the unusual success we have had in treating serious conditions.
The next thing to know about dosage is that Taheebo Life Tea, our experience, is going to work very rapidly, or not at all.
In other words, within three weeks or less you should have a dramatic and significant improvement in the health situation.
If there was some sort of "lump" whether biopsied or not, it should change dramatically so that you can see the change and be very sure of that change. It should change in the direction of being smaller, lighter in color, or softer. If there was pain, the pain should be markedly less.
When you see this type of change in the first three weeks, you should then continue the very high daily dosage until the lump is completely gone! You should expect the lump to go.
If you don't see dramatic results in three weeks, then the chances are that it won't do any good to continue. You can continue, of course. There can be no harm with any dosage of this material. But, if you don't see those good results in the first three weeks, then taking the capsules any further would be based on hope and faith -- not on experience.
Some of our customers have found Taheebo Life Tea to be extremely effective, taking them on a continuous basis to keep various unpleasant symptoms under control. Thus, you can experiment with various dosages to see what will work for you.
It is not particularly important whether you take these capsules with, or before, or after a meal. If you are treating a serious condition, however, it IS vital that you take them every hour.
The
capsules cannot be pulled apart to use the contents to
make a cup of tea -- the glycerin used for extraction
will result in an oily film on the top of the water.
However, if you want to do this, you certainly can.
However, you can take the capsule apart and use the contents in any of several topical application ways. Some have made a "poultice" using the contents of two or three capsules of Taheebo Life Tea, mixed with something to make it moist -- such as Aloe Vera gel, or something that is water soluble. Then, place a light bandage loosely over the poultice to hold it in place. If you use this poultice, over some sort of "lump" for instance, you can also take the same capsules internally.
If you are treating a mouth area, or gums, etc., you could put a "wad" of the contents of a few capsules under the cheek and keep them there for as long as convenient -- then swallow them.
Likewise, depending on your courage-level, a woman could use some of the contents from a few capsules as a vaginal insert -- leaving the material there as long as possible, and even replacing it several times per day. It cannot cause any harm no matter how it is taken.
You could also insert capsules into the rectum as a suppository. The capsule material will dissolve, although not quickly.
You could even fashion some sort of
suppository material, using the contents of one or more
Taheebo Life Tea capsules.

When Taheebo Life Tea is successful in treating some serious condition, there is often a very dramatic "eruption" of some mass from the body. If the lump was on the surface of the skin, this lump could enlarge for a few days, get bloody and then drop off. A mass of the material might be vomited out, or expelled through the vagina, or through the rectum. It would depend on WHERE the mass is located in the body -- not all of these masses will be ejected from the body in such a dramatic fashion, but it is not unusual. When this happens you might well feel very poor just before the ejection takes place.
Like many healing activities, it is often true that an INCREASE in pain or nausea or some other unpleasant feeling is a sign that "things are getting better." Of course, such an increase in pain could also mean that things are getting worse.
Compared to the millions of dollars spent on researching chemotherapy and other drugs, there has been practically nothing to validate the useful properties of the Taheebo Tree.
Enough people have had miraculous results, however, that it is a therapy well worth trying -- with no guarantee, of course, but with confidence based on 27 years of my experience.
