Guarantee Policy

General

Products sold by Vibrant Life are covered by a guarantee policy as described on this page.

Vibrant Life sells two main types of products:

1. Products created by Vibrant Life. These would be products where the formulation was created by Karl Loren and manufactured or packaged directly according to the specifications of Vibrant Life. Generally these products are only sold directly by Vibrant Life direct to worldwide consumers. (There are a very few individuals who act as independent sellers. The individuals who purchase from any seller other than Vibrant Life directly need to look to that other seller for any guarantee or refund policy.) Vibrant Life offers a money back guarantee on these products when purchased at the suggested retail price, for products returned within 30 days of purchase in unopened original containers.
   
   
2. Products created by other firms and sold by Vibrant Life mostly as a courtesy to our customers. These products are covered by the guarantee policies of those other commercial firms. These products include a few which are part of a multi-level marketing system. Vibrant Life does not participate in the recruiting or "down line" activities of any MLM company, but we have found a few such products which we are willing to carry as a courtesy to our customers. These products are covered by the general return policy below, but any further guarantee would be covered by the manufacturers of these products.

General Return Policy

The general policy of Vibrant Life is to provide a refund for any products purchased from Vibrant Life and returned within 30 days of sale as long as the returned products are in unopened and salable condition. The refund would not include the cost of shipping the returned items to us, nor any of the original Vibrant Life cost of shipping the product to the customer.

The above is the full Return Policy for purchases of a single bottle at the suggested Retail Price for a single bottle.

When the original purchase is NOT at the suggested retail price, but is at some discounted price, there is a "Special" Return Policy, below.

Typically a customer buys one bottle at the suggested retail price to try the product. If he finds it satisfactory, he keeps it and typically makes his next purchase at the wholesale price by getting four bottles, or more, and earning a discount.

When and as he buys at a discount, the Special Return Policy, below, applies.

If the customer did not find the product satisfactory, and returns it unopened, he gets the full refund per the General Return Policy above.

Special Return Policy

Vibrant Life sells its products both as a single bottle sale at what we call the "retail price" and at multi-unit sales at what we refer to as the "wholesale price."

Wholesale prices are openly published in our shopping cart and catalogs and involve a standard discount on certain products. The standard discounts, in these cases is simply dependent on the quantity of items purchased of one type at one time.

For instance our most popular product is called Life Glow Plus, a bottle of 300 capsules of our oral chelation formula. This product is sold at the retail price of $50 for one bottle. Returns of a single-bottle purchase of Life Glow Plus are covered by the general return policy described above. A single bottle of Life Glow Plus (or any of several others of our products) may be returned within 30 days of purchase in an unopened salable condition for a refund of the purchase price.

Life Glow Plus is also sold with a discount schedule such that a 25% discount applies to the purchase of 4 or more bottles at one time, 30% discount for purchase of 8 or more bottles, 35% discount on 24 bottles and 40% discount on sixty bottles purchased at one time.

Items purchased at a discount from us may be returned for refund under the General Return Policy above (only when the entire quantity purchased is all returned unopened and salable within 30 days of purchase).

The further special return policy that applies to returns of items purchased at a discount is that the refund takes into account whether all of the purchase is returned, or only part of the purchase where the discount was earned.

The general rule is that a refund should not allow a person to take advantage of the discounted price he paid if, by returning part of the purchase he did not really earn the discount.

Discounts are based not only on the original purchase of some quantity (such as 25% discount for the purchase of four bottles of the same item, same time) but keeping or using the entire original purchase without returning any of them == relative to the policy that "wholesale purchases" are not subject to return refunds other than by the Special Return Policy.

Example:

John buys 4 bottles of Life Glow Plus which would have been at a 25% discount of the retail price of $50 for ONE bottle, or $37.50 each for four bottles.

Had he bought three bottles only, not four, there would have been no discount and he would have spent $150 for the three bottles, or $50 each. This would qualify as a "RETAIL PURCHASE" not a Wholesale purchase.

Obviously he may prefer to get the extra bottle for the same cost, possibly because he wanted the assurance of the General Return Policy, wanted to test the product and know that he could get a retail refund on returned bottles..

But the refund can be affected if he buys four, gets the discount, and then wants to return ONE bottle and get a refund.

It would be unfair and illogical for him to KEEP the advantage of the 25% discount on the three bottles if he didn't earn the discount by purchase and use of all four bottle.

He only earned the 25% discount by purchasing FOUR bottles. When he returns one, he has lost the quantity purchase necessary to earn the discount. So, if he buys four and then wants to keep or use three of them, and return ONE, he cannot get the advantage of the discount on those bottles he used or kept. He "should" have paid $50 each for the three bottles he kept or used, so he would not be entitled to any refund when he returns ONE bottle (and keeps or uses 3).

The refund for a return is the amount actually paid taking into account the discount he has earned, not the non-earned discount.

Thus, a person who purchases four bottles of Life Glow Plus at the discounted price of $150 for four bottles and then wishes to return three of them, in effect use or kept one bottle for which he should have paid $50, meaning that he paid $100 more for the three that he is returning, and can have that full return amount, only, less shipping charges.

A person who buys 4 bottles at discount, pays $150, and if then wants to return only ONE bottle, is actually not entitled to any refund. The three bottles he bought and kept/used should have cost $150, at the non-discounted price, and that is what he paid. So, there should be no refund in this case.

This has been a difficult Policy for some customers to understand and we hope that this extensive explanation is sufficient for the logic of the Policy.

Vibrant Life also sells MSM both in small quantities and bulk tonnage. MSM, also, is subject to the same general policy on return. However, the MSM capsules are packaged in "zip lock" bags and thus whether or not they have been opened cannot be determined and they are not subject to refund. Bags of one kilogram, however, are sealed at the factory and if they are returned in an unopened condition there is the standard refund available.

Germanium

Germanium is such an unusual product that it is covered by a special return policy, described here. Briefly, germanium is often used by people who have very high hopes and expectations of what it will do for them and Vibrant Life wants to bend over backwards to avoid any appearance of making ANY claim for this product other than that it is pure organic germanium.
