He founded American Biomedical Corporation in 1958 & Carrington Laboratories in 1974. Both companies are still in business & are profitable today. Going Public...What Does It Mean For You?
In April, 1997 -- Clinton Howard announced that Royal BodyCares parent company -- Globe Net international, Inc. -- had merged with a small public company and had, in effect, gone public. The existing shareholders of our company actually control 86% of the shares in the newly formed company.
The new public company -- Globe Net International -- has shares listed on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board under the symbol GNII.
What does this mean for you -- the Royal BodyCare customer and distributor? Actually, this announcement is very important to you. Heres why.
For the company...
We now have the ability to attract key employees we could never have employed before. A networking company is a company of entrepreneurs. Distributors who build the business are entrepreneurs. The best type of "corporate staff" we as distributors could possibly hope for is a staff of key people who have the same type of entrepreneurial drive and skill that we have. Because of Globe Net International is now a public company -- we -- as a company -- can put in place a qualified stock option plan for employees -- and attract key employees who have entrepreneurial drive and skills. Its the stock options that do that.
Being a public company -- the company can also raise capital for expansion far more easily when necessary.
Being a public company give Globe Net International a tool to tie our key employees to the company for long periods of time. A key employee does not easily walk away from a stock option package for a small increase in salary being offered by another firm.

The fact that Royal BodyCares parent company is public is very, very important. Heres why.
Most networking companies do not report sales. If they do -- they give you estimates. They certainly dont report profits. Public companies do -- in quarterly and annual reports. You can follow the progress of your company through these reports.
Globe Net International will -- within the next year or so -- introduce a "distributor stock ownership plan" -- that will allow you as a distributor to buy shares from the company directly. The details of such a plan have to pass a series of legal reviews -- and conform to securities laws. When a formal plan has been put into place that does conform to the current securities laws -- youll hear directly from the company.
If you elected to purchase shares of Globe Net International, Inc. -- on the open market -- if the company prospers and grows and the price of the shares increases in value -- you have a second way to profit.
