Following a 16-year career in the medical testing laboratories industry, Mr. Howard pioneered and develop the medical applications of aloe vera, resulting in several products approved for sale by the U.S. Government and on the market today. Mr. Howard founded American Biomedical Corporation in 1958, which he built into a chain of 40 medical testing laboratories nationwide. He took the company public in 1969 and merged with National Health Laboratories, one of the nation's largest medical laboratory chains, in 1974. Mr. Howard founded Carrington Laboratories, a manufacturer of skin care products in 1974, and in 1981 established the research division which isolated an active medicinal compound in aloe vera, acemannan. He retired from Carrington in 1990, and founded Royal BodyCare - U.S. in 1991.

     Mr. Howard was appointed by Texas Governor John Connally as one of six members of the Texas Air Control Board in 1960. He also served as founding president of Irving Hospital from 1960 to 1965 and remained on the Board of Directors until 1986. In recognition of Mr. Howard's civic and philanthropic contributions, the Hospital named its Out Patient Section "The Clinton H. Howard Center of Health Management."

     Andrew V. Howard served in the capacity of V.P. of Marketing with Royal BodyCare - U.S. since joining the company in March, 1995. He brings to the position significant experience in sales and management in addition to his legal background and training. Mr. Howard also obtained significant sales success in Network Marketing as an independent member of healthcare products and nutritional supplements.

He graduated with a bachelors degree from the University of Dallas and earned an MBA and a Jurist Doctor degrees at Regent University in Virginia. He passed the Texas Bar exam in early 1995.

     Prior to joining Royal BodyCare in 1994, Mr. Brown was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Carrington Laboratories from 1980 to 1994.

     Mr. Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and was previously associated with the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1977 to 1980.

     Mr. Rogers joined the Company as Vice President of International in November, 1994 when Royal BodyCare acquired Kalo-Vita. There he was Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Marketing. Prior to that position, Mr. Rogers has, since 1969, been affiliated with leading firms in the Direct Sales and Network Marketing Industry. The firms have been both large public companies, (Avon and Nature's Sunshine Products), and private concerns, (WeCare and Watkins). His progressive responsibilities and positions throughout the years have concentrated on Product Marketing, Merchandising, at the Director and Vice President level. This experience in International also includes the opening and responsibilities for 25 Foreign markets worldwide with two successful overseas assignments of living in both the Philippines and also in Venezuela, while with Avon.

     In 1983 Janine Avila began her career in Network Marketing with one of the largest Direct Selling Companies in the industry. Although she was president of the PTA and while raising her seven children, she soon became a top member in the nation as she continually broke records in sales and recruiting. In 1989 she took her experience and ability and created a supportive environment at the Home Office of Light Force which was acquired by Royal BodyCare. Janine has continually attended Seminars and Workshops on Network Marketing, Time Management, Customer Service and Leadership Development. The RBC Member benefits from her vast experience, in the form of unbeatable corporate support from all members of the RBC marketing Team. Janine is a hands on manager, a writer and a trainer of RBC and her love of people and dedication to the industry of Network Marketing have earned her numerous awards. She is a strong advocate of the belief "If you build the people, the people will build the business."

     Graduated from Cal Poly in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts. He has worked with two of the top ten telecommunications companies in the country and immediately became recognized as a top producer in both companies. Brian was honored with numerous awards for sales achievements before coming to Royal BodyCare. As a Wrestling Champion in California, he had been taking RBC nutritional products for years and is now managing GlobeNet Communication. As an honor student and an athlete, Brian developed high standards for excellence and is constantly researching the industry for the best programs and promotions possible, in order to keep RBC and it's Members on the cutting edge.
