I remember "hearing about" CoQ10 for years and not doing anything about it.
Then I listened to a couple recorded lectures about CoQ10 and vowed that I would never again go through a day without taking some.
It was at that time that I developed the concept of the three different reasons for taking ANY vitamin. In the past I had felt that I would take a vitamin only when I could notice a difference in how I felt. But, from what I learned about CoQ10, I could not expect to feel any difference when I took it.
