Vibrant Life has been in business for more than 20 years, as of the date of the original writing on this page.
When we started we had only one product, then called "Life Flow" and soon changed to "Life Glow" and then changed to "Life Glow Plus." We have, since, added many other products, as described below.
Originally we decided to standardly offer what is called a "retail" price for the person who purchased ONE bottle of any one of our products. We then also adopted the "wholesale pricing policy" of giving a 25% discount to a person who purchased four or more bottles of the same product at the same time.
These standard discounts, for wholesale purchases, include a 25% discount for purchase of four bottles, same product, same time; also a 30% discount for eight; 35% for 24 and 40% for 60 bottles -- all purchased at the same time -- same product.
Then we added products that were formulated by Karl Loren, including Super Life Glow, Life Glow Basic, Bone Dense Calcium, Taheebo Life Tea and a few others. These were and are each subject to the same discount policy, up to a maximum of 40% discount.
We have also added Germanium in several sizes. The sizes which include capsules are subject to the same discounts, up to 40%. There is also ONE size of Germanium, 100 grams of pure powder, and the discounts there go up only to eight bottles. (After 8 bottles we expect the customer to buy one kg in bulk.) There are no discounts on the bulk one kg jar of germanium.
Germanium is
such an expensive product that we have decided to change the guarantee that
applies to it. That is described fully HERE. (Prior to
adding this new note on germanium, below, the remainder of the description about
germanium is still here, as it was.) Also, I do NOT want to be seen as "guaranteeing to cure XXX!"
We offer no guarantee of health benefit to anyone who uses our Germanium.
However, I do guarantee that we have the pure source of authentic Germanium,
from Japan. If you are interested in using germanium, we have the only
supply in the United States from what I believe is the only authentic supplier
in the world. On the smallest size we sell, 100 capsules, 35 mg each, we
offer ONLY a return refund on receipt of unopened, salable bottles. There is no
other guarantee on the larger sizes. If you are considering the purchase
of germanium, then I suggest you read Dr. Asai's book, on my web, and make your
buying decision based on his data about germanium, and my pledge that I have the
authentic stuff.
When we started selling some other products, such as "Clark's Colloidal Minerals" and some others, we recognized that there were other companies selling these same brands and that we could not afford the same level of discounts as we did on the products formulated by Karl.
Some of these, like Clark's Minerals, have a one-bottle price ($25) and a four-bottle price ($75) but no higher discounts. Others, like Transfer Factor have no discounts. Transfer Factor, of course, is an MLM company where every person can become a distributor and buy at wholesale prices and even earn commissions on the sales by others. We can "sign you up" for that. We sell Transfer Factor at the usual retail price offered by any other distributor.
When we started selling Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) we had to figure our pricing strategy. In the area of MSM we wanted to sell single one-kilogram bags, but also quantities of one ton, or even five tons or more, at one time. We needed a price structure that was fair and attractive, and could be published for all to see, for a very wide range of quantities. It was obvious that some structure such as "retail" plus the four different levels of discount offered for the Karl Loren formulas would not work for MSM. We expected a much wider range of quantities that people might want to buy.
So, for MSM, we decided to have a single price, published, for each different quantity. There were NO discounts for MSM -- just different prices for different quantities purchased at the same time.
Thus, the person who bought ONE bag of MSM pays $45, but when you buy five of these bags the price is only $100, and for 10 bags, 10 kgs total, the price was only $150. Obviously there was a large incentive to purchase larger amounts, in one purchase, to get a very much lower cost per kg. That is just what we wanted to do and it has worked well for us. We have many customers who purchase in 100 kg amounts, and even several who purchase on one-ton quantities.
Once a person has purchased 100 kgs, or more, of MSM, he is then entitled to whatever price he earned as long as he buys at least one 20 kg bag of bulk (loose) MSM powder. This means that a person can purchase one ton, at the one-ton price, and then, later, order as little as 20 kg, one bag, at the same cost per kg as what he paid for the one ton. This is fairly standard in the bulk industry.
Shipping and tax have always been extra for Vibrant Life prices.
Incidentally we ship in many different ways and we already ship all over the world.
The customer is always responsible for customs and fees collected at the delivery end.
Items that are not delivered because of some customs problem are not subject to any guarantee by us of refund. If the product is returned to us, we will subtract the cost of shipping, both ways, and any fees, then issue a credit for the difference.
If a product is seized in customs, and not returned, that is an expense for the customer.
We normally provide for insurance on all shipments, and can arrange for special shipping insurance and requirements as requested.
Now, I want to cover three other subjects. What guarantee do we offer and what about those who want to distribute our products, and even who want an exclusive right to distribute in some specific area? Also, what methods of payment do we accept.
One firm Policy that applies in all three of these areas is that we have no secret deals. Any wholesale prices we offer are available to anyone, based on quantities of purchases. Even if there are terms not explained here, they are offered to anyone, privately, who qualifies. Whatever guarantees we offer are also published -- no hidden deals. Finally, not too many people inquire about distributorships, or exclusive distributorships, but the Policy on those is clear, simple and public for all to see. I will also cover "Methods of Payment," below.
Finally, I have written on some of these subjects, over these 20 years, on other web pages, some of which I must admit I've lost track of among the 100,000 pages on 25 web sites. So, there are, indeed, other pages that comment on different types of guarantees, particularly, but THIS page is the official page and any revisions would be noted on THIS page. I will go about looking for those other old pages and placing references there to THIS page.
I am so confident about the results our customers will get with our products that our guarantee is simple, yet dramatic.

Distributorships & Exclusive Agreements
It is not unusual for someone to like our products so much that they want to become a distributor for our products.
We welcome inquiries for this relationship, but offer ONLY the standard 40% discount, based on purchase of 60 bottles, or more, at one time of the same product. Some people think they can get a big discount somehow, just by asking for it. We do not operate that way. Discounts with Vibrant Life must be earned by volume of purchase, not by "special deals."
We know this industry well and believe it is not very feasible to operate a viable distributorship based on the 40% maximum discount. If you want to try, that's fine.
When someone is in a non-US country the distributorship opportunity looks even more appealing. Generally, the same terms as above apply.
But, sometime someone will say that they are serious about being a distributor for some country and promise big sales. Nonetheless, we do not engage in conversations or bargaining -- we simply ask that person to prove his intentions by STARTING with a purchase of 60 or more bottles at the standard 40% discount. That requirement usually eliminates those who are just looking for a deal and we do not waste our time talking about things that are not real.
However, if someone DOES prove his earnest intentions with an initial purchase of 60 or more bottles, we are then ready to talk about
Any of these, however, would be entered into conversation ONLY after that initial purchase to prove sincerity, and then understanding that some level of minimum purchase, well beyond 60 bottles, will be the "entrance point" of any further arrangements.
Someone interested in this level should think of pledges of performance, worded, usually, in dollar volume per year to retain exclusive rights.
We often give an "exclusive agency" to someone on a large initial purchase, but always include terms for any continuing exclusivity. There is no such thing as "permanent exclusivity" without annual volume performance meeting some previously agreed-upon amount.
A person may receive an exclusive agency, based on some acceptable pledge, and then not live up to that pledge. We may or may not continue to honor that exclusive arrangement, but our failure to notify the person of the non-compliance with the pledge does not mean that we continue the exclusive agency without further promise. Any such arrangement is subject to termination when and as the pledge is not met.
On MSM, in particular, because of our special relationship with the factory, we can offer special packaging, or even special formulas to order, based usually on a one ton minimum and payment in advance for such orders.
We accept the four major credit cards and checks. On the first time we receive an order from someone we may wait until we get check clearance or even credit card clearance before we ship, or any time the amount of payment is "large" which would usually be $1,000 or more.
On repeat customers we are more lenient -- depending on our payment experience with that person.
On foreign shipments we apply the same rule, but are more strict on not accepting credit card payments over $1000 from foreign locations -- unless agreed in advance.
Any foreign purchase must be paid in US funds. A person in a foreign country who wants to pay by check or credit card must use a procedure denominated in US Dollars.
On large orders, usually above $10,000, we are willing to accept payment on a "letter of credit" basis, but all costs of such "LC" are added to the purchase cost of the product.
We also take wire transfers for large payments, from foreign countries, usually, and all costs of the wire transfer must be paid, or added to the amount, by the customer. We can provide our account information for LCs and Wire Transfers, as needed.
Germanium GuaranteeVibrant Life germanium is guaranteed to be "pure" germanium, with the chemical name: bis-carboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide. This is the form of germanium subject to the patents obtained by the doctor who discovered germanium, Dr. Asai, and also by the firm Tokai Sangyo, Tokyo. There is no practical method of testing this product by any conventional testing technique. For this reason Vibrant Life has chosen Tokai Sangyo as our supplier since this is the only method of ensuring that we deal with someone who has been proven to produce the real item. No others who claim to sell germanium in the US obtain their supply from Tokai Sangyo, and the only other legitimate producer is the Asai Research Institute, Japan. They do not export their product out of Japan. See THIS PAGE for those so-far investigated -- the commercial firms offering "germanium" but not admitting to where they get their stuff. Every single other source of so-called germanium we have investigated refuses to state what their source of germanium is. Some even claim that their germanium is "made in the US" but will not identify an address for such production. Karl Loren asserts that there is no US production of germanium and that all sellers of germanium, except Vibrant Life, are selling "something" which has no proof of purity. So, if you want to use germanium for any health purpose, this first guarantee is the most vital: Vibrant Life guarantees that it sells germanium produced by Tokai Sangyo, and that Vibrant Life is the exclusive distributor for germanium from Tokai Sangyo. No other company in the US sells germanium from Tokai Sangyo.
No matter how much of a miracle germanium seems to be neither Karl Loren nor Vibrant Life make any health claims for it. Specifically, we do not claim that use of germanium will "cure cancer." The fact is that Jean Ross, Karl Loren's wife, used germanium extensively all during 2004 when she was battling cancer of the esophagus. She believes that germanium was the primary reason she was pronounced "cured" of cancer by two medical doctors -- and why 21 biopsies during surgery found no trace of cancer. Her story is told in many hundreds of pages, mostly on THIS WEB SITE. Because cancer is such a terrible source of much death in the US, and because the traditional treatments of chemotherapy and radiation are so obviously failures, many people turn to alternative therapies for treating cancer. Such people are often desperate to find something that "works." Many commercial sources advertise various types of "cures" for cancer. Generally this is illegal in many States -- the Government having decided that ONLY chemo/radiation and surgery are legitimate treatments for cancer. Thus in many areas it is illegal to claim that any method, other than the slash/burn/poison methods might work.
This is an unusual statement for any commercial firm to make -- it would seem to discourage anyone from buying this substance. However, any commercial firm that DOES NOT do this is courting attack by the FDA and other authorities. If you find that ANY product, or ANY firm promises "cure" or "effective treatment" for cancer, you can be assured that such product or such firm is making a promise that might be true, but is not safe for them to make. When there are these FDA concerns in the market place, it greatly increases the burden on the consumer to study all the available data about some substance, or firm, and come to his own personal and independent conclusion that some product or firm is worth trying. To make this very clear, Vibrant Life does NOT offer any refund on its germanium products -- other than for the timely return of unopened containers that can be resold. Our containers contain TWO seals -- one on the outer side to prevent the cap from being opened without breaking the seal. There is also an inner seal. The refund is possible only if NEITHER seal is broken, and the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the cost of purchase less the cost of shipping. This may seem a severe restriction to some, but it is the best way we can think of to ensure that we stay in business and are able to offer germanium to anyone who wants to buy it. We are pleased that we have the honest stuff -- that has not been available from any US source for many years. We want to continue to be able to offer this honest stuff to those who want it. We do NOT want to get in trouble with the law for seeming to promise something that is illegal -- the illegal promise of curing or treating cancer with anything other than chemo, radiation or surgery. Remember that Jean Ross who was cured of esophagus cancer had massive doses of all three: radiation, chemotherapy as well as a ten-hour major surgery. Medical doctors can look at her case and conclude that she was "cured" by conventional therapy. We do not believe that, but you will have to make your own decision. In summary, Vibrant Life offers no guarantee for its germanium, other than that it is "pure" (as proven by our source of supply). We do not offer any refund on purchases other than within 30 days of purchase and for unopened containers in salable condition. (Even then, Vibrant Life policy is to NOT resell any such containers. Jean Ross is continuing to take germanium at the same high dosage she did during her use of it to treat cancer -- she will continue to do that for the rest of her life. She or some family member generally uses, personally, the few bottles on which we make refunds.) Most sales by Vibrant Life are placed on the shopping cart on the web, or phoned in. Most customers have obtained all the information they have from among the 100,000 pages on Karl's 30 web sites. However, Karl and Jean generally do not turn down a request to visit them in their home. Visitors are welcome to come. When anyone comes to their home, particularly to ask for advice, or even just to talk about germanium there is a special requirement that relates to the above guarantee relating to germanium. Karl does not believe that the many hundreds of pages on his web sites referring to germanium, or Jean's esophagus cancer offer any promise or claim of cure or effective treatment for others. However, when someone visits, Karl or Jean need to be especially careful that no such visit leaves the person thinking that Vibrant Life, Karl or Jean has made any claim or promise different from what is on the web site. Generally when someone visits Karl or Jean that visitor is requested to sign a printed copy of this page for the Vibrant Life records (and to keep a copy). Even more specifically, while Karl or Jean may talk freely of Jean's experience with cancer, neither Jean nor Karl will offer any medical advice or opinion and will not suggest any treatment or even any hope for benefit from germanium. The only claims made for germanium are on the web pages. No visitor should feel that he can claim anything other than what is on the web site, and by signing this page (during a visit) indicates that he has NOT received any medical advice or claim for benefit from the use of germanium from Karl or Jean, personally.
