I got this message recently from a family in Canada.
Dear Jean Ross or Karl,
I am interested in your Life Glow Product after finding out that our 9 year old boy has Lead and Mercury in in body. He is hyper-active; some doctors have labeled him as having ADD.
Karl Loren says:
First, I am not a doctor. I have not met your son and try not to give "advice" that should be taken for some specific individual. But, I am also a father of six and a grandfather of 14!
ADD is an "invented" disease. It was invented by psychiatrists, as many other "diseases" were, to increase their income and to hook people on psychiatric drugs. The worst possible thing you can do is give your child Ritalin. In some Canadian cities (Vancouver in particular) the so-called legal drug, Ritalin, is also the number one "illegal" drug sold on the streets. It is highly addictive and very harmful. You could call it successful if you are willing to turn an active child into a vegetable.
Yes, children who have been called hyperactive invariably can be helped by taking them OFF sugar and junk foods, and the psychiatric drugs are an evil of such magnitude that any person who would suggest them is, indeed, a criminal.
To the extent that toxic metals are in ANYONE, they cause many types of health problems.
The ONLY difference in using Life Glow for a young person would relate to his body weight. An adult -- 120 pounds and up, can easily take 10 tablets per day. If he weighs, say, 60 pounds, then 5 tablets would be a good dosage to start with. I would still gradually increase to 10 because only at the higher levels do you get enough cysteine so that some of it does NOT combine with other amino acids and therefore be not available for chelating toxic metals.
We have read that toxic metals, precisely lead ,mercury, and copper, if chelated, can help some children dramatically become "normal" and not so hyperactive again.
I believe that is true!
We have read about Cupramine and DSMA specifically helping some children in Vancouver.
I don't know those substances, but I looked them up in the PDR (Physicians' Desk Reference). I didn't find "DSMA" so send me its full name.
A viewer sent me the following about DSMA, on December 2, 1998:
In your ADD article you needed to know what DSMA was. You need to look in herbicides (post emerge weed killer) books. It is a sister product to MSMA. I could find the full name of it, Monosodium Acid Methanearsonate. The other could be disodium. I would hate to think about some-body drinking it, that is if this is the DSMA you refer too.
Cupramine is made by Merck & Co. Among other things, the PDR says:
The use of [Cupramine] has been associated with fatalities due to certain diseases such as aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopnia, Goodpasture's syndrome, and myasthenia gravis.
Because of the potential for serious hematological and renal adverse reactions to occur at any time, routine urinalysis, white and differential blood cell count, hemoglobin determination, and direct platelet count must be done every two weeks for at least the first six months of [Cupramine].
[Cupramine] is a drug with a high incidence of untoward reactions, some of which are potentially fatal.
Karl Loren, Merck is famous for making very dangerous drugs and I would encourage you to avoid [Cupramine].
Do you have experience with treating ADD-type children with your Products? Has there been positive results?
Yes, but they also took our "Clarks Minerals" which is another wonderful detoxifyer, and also has the advantage that it is putting trace minerals back into the body. They saw changes that were miracles in a young girl.
How would a therapy for a 9-year old boy look like?
If you can afford it, the Super Life Glow would be even better. Dosage as described above. Start with half the recommended dosage and build up. You would go slower, or stop, if you sad "adverse" reactions. About the only thing I would expect would be diarrhea. When you are detoxifying you SHOULD expect the toxins to "come out" from somewhere. It could be in the urine, the stool, the skin, or even vomiting if it goes very fast.
Would we need to take blood/urine tests before and during therapy?
Again, depends on money and convenience. It would be a good idea, but with oral chelation the process might take several months. With I/V chelation therapy, the process might take only several weeks.
What would the dose be for our child?
Above.
We would greatly appreciate your input .
Looking forward to hearing back from you as to what you do.
I'll be publishing this request, without your name and address, on my web site, and adding more data there about the evils of psychiatric drugs.
